North Italian efficiency

Near Piazza Cavalli right in the centre so great location. Several busses to the railway station or a 15 min walk. It's an appartment with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The suite is a spacious room with private bathroom. Very clean and very well taken care of. Perfectly organized.

It's not a place to linger as it feels a bit enclosed and is a bit dark. I was out all day so that was fine.

Beautiful stay in Piacenza Ji

It was nice to meet Anto and she explained things very well via sns and in person. The need was very comfortable and the bath so refreshing.

There is nothing that comes to mind other than the bath shed did not work. Probably just needs new batteries.

Good location with most attractions within walking distance. I really enjoyed my exploration of Piacenza.

My room was nice but small with no natural lighting. The bedside light had bad wiring and flickered when switched on. No bidet in bathroom.

Unbeatable value for the money in central Piacenza

Extremely kind host, squeaky clean room and bathroom, flexibility to help save my time with my trolley. Very clear instructions with respect to keys. Cannot find a more central location than that for the price. Overall, great experience.

Everything is as it should be in this perfectly agreeable B&B

Excellent location close to both of the major piazzas. The room was a bit small and had no view at all, but it--and the bathroom too--was very clean and met all my needs. I only stayed one night but there was a well-equipped kitchen that I could have cooked a full-blown meal in if I had wanted. No breakfast to speak of beyond stuff to make tea or an expresso.

The proprietor was nice enough and met me outside the address after I texted her that my train had arrived and I was walking to her place. Nothing to dislike really, since everything went as it should. Like other places of this nature that I've stayed in over the last couple of weeks, the owner was very businesslike and direct, took me through the place explaining how everything worked, I paid, was handed the keys, and then I was left to come and go as I pleased. And that suits me fine. Just so you know, the entire transaction was conducted in my fair to middling Italian, so I'm not sure how much English the owner has.

A huge room, very clean, comfy bed

i thought i was getting a room with kitchen alone not as a part of a flat rented to other people. i took the room for 10 nights. on the t 7th night i asked to make the stay short, they didn't have any flexibility. i was really feeling disappointment about it

Perfect stay

The host was very accommodating and the location was right off the main square. A perfect stop on the Via Francigena. In the city center but a quiet and comfortable night’s sleep. There are 3 apartments, 2 doubles and 1 single. Great for a group.

Comfortable and huge bed Clean bathroom Spacious room Flat right in the city centre Equipped common kitchen + recycling bins There were no warm blankets but fortunetely we have found some in a drawer in one of our rooms.

Not a lot of natural light, the windows are looking at a small inner yard where the dumpster bins are. The walls are very thin, you can hear clearly the neighbours and the TV in an other room. When a door is being opened in the flat, all the doors are moving and giving a noise.

The apartment was spacious, clean and good located.

Maybe too hot at some times because of the heating. I also wasn’t aware that the kitchen is shared with another room but it wasn’t much of a problem.
