I can’t think of the last time that my wife said:”This is perfect - the bed is so comfortable.” She is the Princess and the Pea.
A spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, perfect temperature despite the heat outside, quiet, dark at night, a great bathroom with lovely toiletries and soft towels. What more can I say?
Oh yes- the breakfast was lovely and well presented in our room at a time to suit us and the communication from Vanessa was really helpful and timely.
Much better than staying in Milan!

Previous reviews have mentioned the stairs to access the room. Yes, there are some steps but there are only about 12 in total and they are wide, not narrow. Access to the flat was easy. The bed was great.

Great location, lovely, nicely decorated , comfortable rooms .
People staying should be aware of 2 things: there is no parking but cheap parking suggested by the place not far away; this is not a traditional hotel so no staff on site all the time.

It was beautiful and comfortable, and Vanessa, the hotelier was endlessly patient, as first I missed my connection to Linate airport, and then the new flight made an emergency landing at Malpensa, and waited on the tarmac there for hours before deciding to refuel and take us to Linate. Above and beyond caring and hospitable.
I will return to this lovely city, and hotel as soon as I can!
