Close to the Clinic of gruppo otologico. Well equipped mutual kitchen. Nice room with bathroom.

Quite busy street, drivers like to speed during the night. Can't sleep with open window. With the windows closed, it's bearable.

Disappointing

We booked for a stay. We were 2 adults it would seem that on Booking.com there was only one adult listed. However I had communicated with the owner immediately after we received the booking confirmation to enquire about the parking and he was made fully aware of the fact that there were two people coming. He had asked me for copies of our documents. About half an hour before arrival he contacted me in the car to say that he had a reservation for only one adult and that it was not possible for us to have the room despite the fact that the room booked was for three people. I wrote back to him and explained that we were a married couple and asked what we needed to do to sort out the problem. He wrote back and asked for an additional payment if €30 in cash. I told him I would give it to him. I then contacted Booking. Com customer service and they told me that as long as we hadn’t checked in then booking could be amended by contacting the owner to show two people and we shouldn’t have to pay any extra. By that time we were outside the property and so we decided to just go in and pay him. When I met with the owner I told him that I had contacted booking. Com and that I was told that I wouldn’t have to pay. To avoid any further hassle, we had been driving for 12 hours by then I gave him the€30. When he heard that I had contacted booking. Com he gave me € 10 back and said for pizza. The breakfast facilities were distinctly lacking we couldn’t use the coffee machine to make coffee and we left without eating breakfast

Soggiorno comodo e strategico

Host gentilissimo e cordiale, mi ha fornito tutte le info necessarie per il soggiorno in modo chiaro. La stanza è accessibile tramite una cucina in comune, camera pulita e ordinata, erano presenti snack e bottigliette d'acqua per il quale sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso e ho apprezzato molto. La struttura è praticamente a due passi dalla casa di cura (gruppo otologico) il che la rende perfetta e strategica per soggiornare

Ein Quartier zum Wiederkommen

Ruhige Lage und ein äußerst freundlicher Wirt, der uns ein upgrade gegeben hat und noch die Zutaten zu einem italienischen Frühstück bereitstellte. Dazu kamen noch umfangreiche gute Restauranttipps (wir sprechen Italienisch). Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ca 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Consigliatissimo a due passi dalla clinica privata

Stanza molto pulita con un bagno molto grande e finestrato. All’interno della camera ci sono in omaggio: caramelle, dolci confezionati, sacchetti di patatine, fette biscottate, acqua, succhi di frutta, Yogourt e altre cose, così come tutti i prodotti da bagno. C’è anche una cucina attrezzata a disposizione. Il titolare una persona gentilissima, così come la signora delle pulizie.

Alloggio comodo con eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Posizione a pochi metri da una clinica, in zona residenziale tranquilla. Ampio parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Gentilezza e cordialità dello staff. Camera curata con attenzione verso il cliente (presenti spazzolini da denti usa e getta!!!). Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.

Appartamento moderno e pulito. C’era tutto il necessario per ogni esigenza. Juri è un host perfetto, gentile e generoso. Consigliato assolutamente.
