The owner got mad at me when I communicated in English(I did not know that he had done google translate to English all the time), so from then, I had to communicate in Italian and use google translate/copy/paste for each message.

Happy Stay in Piacenza

This property was spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable and well located. It is just on the edge of the old part of town and it is an easy, pretty flat walk to the main Piazza. You can walk to the railway or it is ten euro's in a cab. It's very secure, the is a small outdoor setting under a tree for relaxing, there is AC, underfloor heating, a small kitchen, good size fridge, cooktop, pots and pans etc. Bathroom is modern and the whole unit is newly renovated to a high standard. Owner was easy to communicate with, there is a sofa bed in the lounge so it can sleep 4. We would happily stay again.

Very easy communication before the arrival, very friendly and well organized "welcome" at the appartment and great dinner recommendation at "Osteria d'una volta" in via San Giovanni.

ruhige Wohnung direkt an der Fußgängerzone

super saubere, ruhige und sehr gut gelegene Wohnung. Super hilfsbereiter Vermieter mit guten Tipps. Parkplatz zusätzlich mietbar direkt nebenan in abgeschlossenem Innenhof. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr nah am Zentrum.

Eine sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete, Wohnung mit einem sicheren Parkplatz. Ruhige Lage. Das Zentrum ist um die Ecke. Wir können dieses Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Centrale e molto pulita ma piccola per 4 ospiti

Struttura centralissima, molto pulita, piccola per 4 persone ( il divano letto aperto occupa tutto il soggiorno) ma con un bagno abbastanza spazioso. Erano presenti cialde per il caffè e bustine di te gratuite ma le bottigliette d'acqua in frigo avevano il costo di 1 euro l'una... Mi è sembrata una caduta di stile, peccato. Consiglio caldamente un appendiabiti da parete.

Casa non molto grande ma più che sufficiente per 3/4 persone. Ben attrezzata, bel bagno e comodissima al centro. Disponibile anche parcheggio privato, fantastico.
