Very friendly owner. A comfortable and quiet room with excellent bathroom. My stay was in winter and the room was comfortably warm. A few minutes walk from town centre

We were hiking the Via Francigena, and after several days of roughing it we wanted a spacious, comfortable property for the night. We found it! Our room was everything we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well-supplied. Our host was exceptionally understanding of our arrival time and gave us the access codes until he could arrive. The location was great, very near to many restaurants.

Location is very central. Room has a good size.
WiFi was not working and the staff just couldnt fix it. This was a massive problem for something that was included in the stay. There was no partial refund. Just unacceptable.
