Friendly staff, possibility of using the garage if you are on bicycles/motorcycles.

Reception lady was very pleasant and helpful, offering the use of the garage for parking of our motorcycles. Appreciated, but being big bikes, we felt it may be difficult getting them in and out, so decided to leave them outside.

Location is way out of town, with little around in the way of places to eat but I knew that when I booked, so not really a criticism, just something to be aware of.

Very friendly staff, flexible with check-in and out. Went out of their way to bring us a takeaway breakfast in advance of an early departure. Rooms comfortable and warm. Location not central but very convenient for traveling around the region.

No secure parking is a shame, but that's the only major drawback we found.

This hotel is good when you are travelling on budget. I would prefer better cleaning of the rooms.

We really appreciated the breakfast. The receptionist was really nice and answered every our question with a smile. The price is really good.

The sheets were not clean enough. The pillow had something like glue on it and the other pillow had yellow stains. Also there was everlasting cigarette smell in the hallway.

My wife and I stayed in this facility for one night, we were not satisfied because we did not feel safe there, it was located out of city, there was not any one at night time and all of the entrance doors were open without any security or at least one person to be there. I can say we did not sleep that night because of this reason also breakfast was so poor just coffee and cake without any thing else, also there was not any elevator.

Utile per 1 notte economica di passaggio. È un residence dove alloggiano prevalentemente lavoratori credo. Macchinetta moka con piastra a induzione, comoda. Pulizia, letti comodi, stanza ampia.

Il fatto di aver prenotato la stanza con pagamento in loco e con arrivo previsto dopo l'orario di check in, mi è stato chiesto di fare upgrade con stanza "pagamento anticipato senza rimborso", tutto questo solo per lasciarci la camera aperta con all'interno le chiavi, nessuno ad attenderci.

Für eine Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung.

Das Haus machte einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Von einer Residence Europa hatten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Es hatte auch im Innenbereich den Charme einer Studentenunterkunft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften unser Gespann im Innenhof parken. Das Treppenhaus war ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer befand sich im zweiten Stock - kein Fahrstuhl. Das Zimmer an sich machte einen ordentlichen Eindruck, als wenn man hier anfangen würde, das Haus wieder auf Vordermann zu bekommen. Die Wände waren frisch gestrichen. Es gab eine kleine Sitztheke mit einem Wasserkocher und Teeauswahl, einen Kühlschrank mit gekühlten kleinen Wasserflaschen. Pro Person eine kleine Flasche, die auch nicht extra berechnet wurde. Das Badezimmer großzügig mit WC, Bidet, Waschbecken, Dusche. Alles nicht neu aber in Ordnung. Einen kleinen Balkon, ein schattiges Zimmer. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch mit süßem Gebäck.

Schade dass das Haus von außen so einen schlechten Eindruck macht.
