Comfortable hotel and friendly staff.

Hotel is very good. Staff helpful and freindly. I chose rhe hotel as they have an EV charging point. Its about 3km from the town but taxi is 9-16 euros each way. Piacenza is a lovely town and if you have a car it is an excelent choice of hotel as parking is linited at other hotels.

Little far from the centre but bus and taxis are good.

Room door insulation needs replacement

Very helpful and pleasant staff at the reception and the breakfast restaurant. Clean room but with poor isolation around the door - we were awakened every time someone passed the door of the room.

Very nice hotel for a short stay in Piacenza!

Very helpful staff. Nice room with huge bed! Nice breakfast (for every taste). The parking area just outside the hotel is a plus!

it’s located a little away from centro but has ample parking. room was clean and sizeable. staff was courteous and helpful. good breakfast inclusive in our booking

The place is good, but the staff was rude and not willing to help.

The receptionist was weirdly ignoring our questions, maybe he didn’t understand english enough. The staff at the breakfast was great though.
