Overpriced service compared to what is on offer

Minimalist breakfast, enough to fill the stomach for a mornig walk. We liked the option to park car in hotel garage and the very reasonable price.

The room had not been thoroughly cleaned, especially the headboard was dirty and the floors had probably not been cleaned in a long time, or at least not before our visit. The bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, the entire hotel needs a major renovation.

I liked absolutely nothing since hotel is not 4* as advertised, I would rate it as more of 2 or 3 stars, it is overly priced for what it is. Reception is not providing wifi upon arrival you have to get into hall and leave the room to look into code located at elevator. Hotel provides 2 pillows of poor quality and we got stiffed neck and could not sleep properly and overcharges for breakfast as on booking. com has shown lesser price than what they tell you. Parking is not secured by ramps. Room is too noisy to sleep in due to fast road as it is located on highway. Air conditioning is NOT WORKING and we were too hot and windows cannot be opened due to busy fast road.

Perfect stay on a roadtrip

Very good location in particular if you are just passing through with a car (short ride to city centre, even shorter ride back to the highway). Big clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

A modern and comfortable hotel

Very good, modern hotel, with friendly staff and a good restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. There is a large underground parking, spacious lobby and modern elevators, as well as AC and WiFi.

It's quite far from the center of Piacenza, but if it's not a must to be in the center - it's really worth staying.

Convenient for traveling

Convenient location if traveling through. Large parking area. The restaurant was good. The room was in ok condition, with a renovated and nice shower, but the carpet in the room was old and would need changing. Nice for one night when traveling through, good value and staff was helpful.

Breakfast was not worth the money: stale bread, scrambled eggs tasted sour and so on. The bed in the room was quite hard and could use a thicker top mattress.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and comfortable

Second time staying at this hotel. Liked it before, and still like it! Super clean, with friendly staff, and plenty of parking. Rooms spacious and very clean with very comfortable beds. No doubt will be staying again on one of our trips to and from the UK. Excellent dinner in the main dining room, and ditto breakfast.

Superb

Chef was amazing. We arrived late after the kitchen was closed and he still prepared us a steak dinner with roasted potatoes and vegetables, couldn't have been any better
