A Hotel With Late Checkin at 5pm

location would have been a plus since it is close, relatively, to the train station. Staff was polite and helpful.room is clean. Included breakfast is simple, water, coffee, some bread or bakery. Room has a ground standing fan, this helps when the air conditioning equipment is there by not providing service yet. Room is on 2nd floor, but no lift available, which, Booking.com should do a better job to point it out and label specifically. Neighborhood is quiet at night.

when I arrived hotel at after 2pm local time, the door was locked, no one was at reception. on the door there is a note, listed phone numbers one might call. it also noted that the check in is from 5pm to 21pm. I tried ring the door or tap, knock the door, no one answered. So I called the number listed on the note, one number has no answer, the other has answered, but couldn't come to the hotel to open the door, and suggest to find a bag deposit place nearby. I can understand that late check in time because of non readiness of the room, etc, but lock the door of a regular hotel during a regular business hours, that's something I have never met before, after have stayed hundreds of hotels in Italy, Spain, and other European countries. SoI has to drag my bags with me first back to the train station trying to find a bag deposit place, there was none, I had asked station crew, station bar crew, a nearby shoping mall store staff, Western Union store staff, etc, no luck. So then I decided to drag my bags first to the turistic info point of the city of Piacenza, in the central of the city, they said the civic museum has lockers, so I then drag my bags there, put them in the lockers, then was I able to resume my tour. Later I found out this hotel did state the late checkin time on Booking.com. when they say it, they mean it! Comparing to this , the slow draining of the shower drain didn't seem to be a problem at all, although at the end of the show, one will be standing in the puddle of water in the shower.

Nice Hotel really close to the train station

The Hotel is relatively close to the train station. I slept only a couple of hours because I was late in the evening. The bed was really comfortable and the room relatively big.

That is was not possible to bring the luggage before 2 pm... We had to wait more than 2 hours in a bar nearby.

colazione sufficiente per le mie esigenze (latte, biscotti/cornetto, yogurt); posizione vicinissima alla stazione ed a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. bagno pulito.

lavandino bagno grande quanto un palmo; bagno senza finestrino e con estrattore condensa troppo rumoroso; assenza di almeno qualche bustina di liquido shampoo e gel doccia.

Di positivo solo la posizione comoda vicino la stazione

Prezzo spropositato; quasi 90€ per una singola notte in una struttura terribilmente sporca, pienissima di polvere, datata e non curata. Camera sprovvista di frigo per poter mettere eventualmente cibo e bevande. Neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua di cortesia presente in stanza. NON CI SIAMO! Colazione se si hanno pochissime pretese accettabile.

Struttura sporca, fili elettrici appesi ovunque, tv nn funzionante, la culla per il bambino era un box giochi, polvere a nn finire sulle tende 1 cm di strato. Mobili brutti. Finestre piene di spifferi. Nn lo consiglio per niente. Le colazione erano gli avanzi del gg precedente

La colazione era sufficiente

La camera che ci era stata data in un primo tempo non aveva il riscaldamento funzionante. Ci è stata cambiata con una provvista di condizionatore. Ma aveva una luce insufficiente in camera. Non funzionava la luce dell'ingresso e ho dovuto farmi dare una abat jour per il comodino. La televisione, anziché appesa al muro di fronte al letto, era appoggiata a un tavolino di fianco al letto e quindi non si poteva vedere.

Colazione completa e buona, personale gentile e sala pulita e accogliente. Posizione della struttura fantastica, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria e anche dal centro.

Faceva freddo in camera, forse mi è capitato periodo di cambio stagione e i riscaldamenti non erano ancora accesi. Letto non fatto bene.

Tutto. La camera con un brutto odore al piano terreno nemmeno la finestra potevamo tenere aperta perché sulla strada.il bagno uno scempio lavandino rotto doccia piena di muffa. Climatizzatore portatile senza presa idonea nè scarico dell'aria riciclata
