Place okay, rude staff!!

The room was very spacious

The shower is not well built and impractical as you literally flood the bathroom every time you have a shower. The hot water tank was empty on arrival and we couldn’t have hot water until the next morning… Finally the staff was very unaccommodating. We had initially requested a late checkout (11am-12pm instead of 10am) which was confirmed in writing through the Booking app. On our departure day, staff came ringing non stop at 9am to ask us to leave by 10am. They came back at 9:30am to force us to leave, denying our request for late checkout. Despite showing them the written confirmation on the Booking app, they gaslighted us saying this was an automated response and that we should have requested through WhatsApp (??!!). Whilst we were willing to accommodate given the misunderstanding, they were unwilling to own their mistake and despite telling us that we could leave at 11am, they kept on coming ringing at our door, which was borderline harassment!! We had initially requested the late checkout as we were volunteering all night at a charity event and we came back at 8:30am so we were hoping to have a few hours of sleep in the morning, which didn’t happen due to this unnecessary drama. We ended up leaving in a rush as they kept coming ringing at our door and we were just fed up with them.

Avevamo una camera carina e siamo entrati facilmente con le indicazioni fornite. Gli appartamenti sono nuovi e vicini al centro.

Ha piovuto molto e al secondo piano è entrata acqua nel corridoio, per il resto nulla da segnalare.

Struttura pulita, nessuna reception

La struttura era molto pulita e ordinata, nuova

Nessun contatto umano, il check in si fa da soli online e le chiavi si prendono da una cassetta di sicurezza con codice. È tutto molto freddo, c’è un lungo corridoio che porta alle stanze e la mia aveva un terrazzo in comune con un’altra. La porta finestra si chiudeva a chiave ma poi c’era solo una tenda a coprire

Posizione ottimale x raggiungere centro a piedi

Struttura nuova, ambiente pulito, cucina rifornita con tutto il necessario se uno volesse cucinare. Asciugamani puliti e confortevoli, mancavano dei ganci per appenderli in bagno. Presente anche lavatrice e asciugacapelli. Posizione che ti permette di raggiungere il centro in 5/10 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio in zona abbastanza facile da trovare. Zona servita da vari bar, ristoranti e negozi etnici.personalw dell'appartamento molto disponibile Er dare indicazioni o risolvere problemi nell'appartamento ( boiler che perdeva un po', ma risolto velocemente). Camera luminosa e con terrazzino.

Materasso x me troppo morbido, penso fosse in lattice.. doccia da rivedere lo scolo, si rischia facilmente di alla gare il vagno. Sfortunati noi su 3 notti , 2 non siamo riusciti a dormire causa maleducazione dei vicini o altri inquilini che hanno lasciato musica molto alta o chiacchierato/ fatto festa a voce molto alta fino a orari improponibili 2-3 di notte e oltre. . Personale e titolare dell'appartamento sempre molto gentili e disponibili per cercare di risolvere .. rimane la maleducazione di persone che nn sanno cosa sia il rispetto e l'osservazione delle regole scritte anche negli appartamenti.

OTTIMO PER BREVI SOGGIORNI

Stanza ampia, struttura nuova, biancheria da bagno e da camera pulita, check in semplice e veloce, parcheggio non proprio agevole.

Bagno piccolo, dalla doccia esce l'acqua sul pavimento durante l'uso, mancanza di pentole nella cucina, vicinissimo alla stazione.

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno piacevole!

Camera accogliente e ben pulita a due passi dal e centro. Il letto é veramente comodo, L’appartamento é dotato di tutto il necessario, la cucina moderna e attrezzata, il balconcino ideale per rilassarsi e il Wi-Fi veloce. In cucina abbiamo trovato anche un kit colazione con macchina del caffè e bollitore per the/tisane.
