Excellent location and host

Excellent location, 5 min walk to train station. Roberat was polite and greeted us at the apartment, but everything is automatic so very suitable for late check in. The rooms are spacious and there were a lot of snacks for us to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Piacenza.

The apartment does not get a lot of sunlight, but this is not an issue for short-term stays.

Great value

Extremely clean and bed was large and comfortable. Kids had their own room with single beds. My biggest concern when travelling is cleanliness and here everything was hotel level.

Everything worked out for us. We only stayed a night as we needed a stop from France towards Rome.

Everything. Loved this place and will be back. Had free drinks and snacks in fridge and was also great that there was a washing machine too. Roberta was really helpful during check-in/ out.

Tolle und ruhige Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Küche bot alles was man braucht und mehr. Eine Unmenge an kostenlosen Snacks und Getränken stand zur Verfügung. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Dusche war super. Kurzum: alles toll.

Camere accoglienti arredate con gusto, impianto elettrico pregevole (prese abbondanti anche con USB). Letti e cuscini molto comodi. Coccolati dalla proprietaria che ha messo a disposizione bevande e snack abbondanti e sopportato un nostro piccolo disastro involontario (birra scivolata fuori dal frigobar e rotta). Non c'è la cucina, ma tutto l'occorrente per una merenda o un piccola colazione. Presente quello che serve in bagno. Anche le pantofoline monouso. Vicino al centro quanto basta. Parcheggi vicini, a pagamento, quello liberi erano tutti occupati.

Quartiere che mette un po' a disagio al primo momento, anche se poi si rivela tranquillo.

Preiswerte Unterkunft mit viel Extraverpflegung

Bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir vom Vermieter bestens informiert. Wir haben die Wohnung in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Innenstadt gut gefunden. Kontaktloser Zugang bestens. Im Kühlschrank gibt es jede Menge Wasser, Bier und Softdrinks; sogar eine Milch. Kaffeekapseln im Überfluss gleiches gilt für Snacks fürs Frühstück. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und wir haben, nachdem Ruhe eingekehrt ist, bestens geschlafen. Das Haus ist leider sehr sehr hellhörig. Bis lange in die Nacht hört man die Nachbarn und ihre Kinder. Da die Wohnung incl Bad sehr kalt war haben wir erstmal mit Klimaanlage geheizt.

Tudo e perfeito, qualidade e limpeza… eu simplesmente amei a gentileza de ser recebida com agua e lanches prontos, a geladeira tava repleta de chocadeira e doces, isso foi tao gentil que nem acreditei… alem de o apartamento ser muito completo e nao faltar nada

Excellente situation à moins de dix minutes du centre dans un quartier calme. Lit très confortable, chambre agréable, très propre et pourvue de tout le confort nécessaire. Clim optimale, frigo garni de victuailles offertes. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Communication avec la propriétaire excellente et très courtoise ! Rapport qualité prix imbattable !

Hervorragend ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist perfekt sauber und es gibt zahlreiche kostenlose Extras. Die Altstadt ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, nachts aber sehr ruhig.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Es war alles bestens! Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und es ist alles ist da... Die Betten sind super bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut! Wir haben länger nach einem Parkplatz gesucht, aber das war wahrscheinlich unserer Ankunftszeit am späten Samstagabend geschuldet. Herzlichen Dank an Roberta, die sich sehr zuvorkommend um ihre Gäste kümmert. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen:)

Posizione praticamente in centro. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità dei titolari è stata superlativa! Avevamo a disposizione un "angolo bar"incredibile. C'era tutto! Sia per una piccola colazione che per un aperitivo! Ogni tipo di snack, patatine, merendine, arachidi, fette biscottate, Nutelline mono porzione, marmellate, macchina del caffè con capsule di ogni tipo, bollitore con bustine varie e tutto confezionato rigorosamente in porzioni singole. Inoltre su ogni comodino c'era una bottiglietta d'acqua e ovetti di cioccolato del Brand più Famoso😉 Un frigo stracolmo di bevande di ogni tipo! In bagno c'erano pure le bustine di salviette struccanti! Ci hanno messo a disposizione pure le ciabattine in spugna monouso Ma poi sono proprio i dettagli che fanno la differenza Pure il loro parcheggio ci hanno ceduto! Ci siamo sentite davvero stra coccolate! . Grazie grazie di tutto! ❤️

Struttura semplice, ma con ogni comfort possibile. Situata in una zona tranquilla vicino ad una zona verde e allo stesso tempo al centro della cittá al quale ci si arriva con una passeggiata di 10 minuti Padroni di casa disponibili e molto gentili. Consiglio sicuramente un soggiorno qui. Casa Margherita è davvero una coccola.

Buenísima experiencia, es un mono ambiente todo reformado con cocina equipada, lavavajillas, baño impecable y lavarropas, buena calefacción, también aire acondicionado. Los anfitriones fueron súper gentiles y además nos dejaron la heladera llena y snacks para todos los días! Volveríamos siempre!! Nos encantó
