Perfect service and a cozy stay for the night

Next to the location are free paking slots next to a sport area. The owners were perfectly ready for everything: we checked in early, they had an app ready for recording and translating and after we questioned it, they even got us a whole gluten-free breakfast. Rooms are cozy, perfectly clean and air-condishened. Everything perfect!

The Villetta Belvedere has a very friendly atmosphere, nurtured by Elisa and Simone and helped by the communal breakfast table when guests meet. But individual privacy is the priority. The comfortable rooms are a good size and well furnished for a short stay. The b&b is located 10 or 15 mins away from the centre of Piacenza by foot in a residential district that is quiet at night. A bus route into the city runs along the same road and alternative services stop in the roads nearby. Villetta Belvedere offers a pleasant change from city hotels. Try it!

Great stay close to city center

A very pleasant and clean bed&breakfast with two quiet air-conditioned rooms. The house is positioned in an excellent location near the exit from the ring road. In the residential neighborhood you will find restaurants and bars. The city center is just a short drive or bike ride away. Breakfast is typical Italian with sweet pastries and good coffee and juice. Above all, they are friendly owners who will take the time to explain everything you need to know about Piacenza. I am happy to recommend this accommodation to all travelers. I will definitely come back myself.

Very nice modern room, looking all new and pretty. Quiet location in residential area. Nicest owners ever, friendly welcome and let us park our car inside the gate, gave us very good recommendations for a restaurant popular with locals within walking distance. Would book again with pleasure.

The accomodation was a little difficult to find, but when we did WOW an amazing place and would totally recommend it we only stayed one night but it was luxurious as we had the whole ground floor. The host Simonella was great and we managed to communicate very well. A great place

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Lage war etwas abseits, aber zu Fuß war man trotzdem in 30 Minuten im Zentrum. Nachts war es absolut ruhig und wir fühlten uns sehr sicher.

Großes hohes Zimmer Sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage Matratze topp und Pflegeprodukte vorhanden Wie andere zuvor schon geschrieben fand die Unterhaltung nur mit diesem elektronischen Gerät statt - haben alles verstanden, was wir verstehen können. (Kommen in etwa 3 Jahre wieder in diese Gegend, vielleicht hat der Gastgeber etwas Deutsch/Englisch gelernt / wir werden es sehen 😉) Gute Empfehlung für ein regionales Restaurant abgegeben Frühstück mit allem ausgestattet Gutes WLAN

Bella camera accogliente con aria condizionata, ottima la doccia. Ben curata la zona colazione con frigorifero completo di bevande.

sehr gute Unterkunft

Hervorragender Aufenthalt, trotz Verständigungsproblemen (man spricht nur italienisch, aber mit Übersetzungshilfen geht heute alles), sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück süß und salzig möglich, Auto kann gegen Obolus im Grundstück geparkt werden.
