We had a wonderful stay! The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean. The host was so understanding and kind.

The property was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The owner was very lovely. We arrived a bit early and she held our luggage while we explored and got something to eat. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and had soft drink, juice, beer and water available to purchase for a few euros. My daughter and I felt very safe and comfortable during our stay.

Il y a du bruit toute la nuit entre les enfants qui hurlaient et le bruit dans les chambres à proximité. C'est très mal insonorisé. Nuit cauchemardesque.

Locali super accoglienti, bagno nuovissimo, lettone super comodo, camera silenziosa, ho dormito benissimo. Posizione tranquilla e residenziale ma ben raggiungibile in taxi sia da e per la stazione sia da e per expo. Pulizia ottima. Servizio accessorio di colazione, ottimamente organizzata. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. La mia permanenza è stata più che confortevole e sicuramente, dovessi tornare a Piacenza, tornerei in questo B&B.

Posizione molto comoda ai servizi, camera accogliente pulita e molto ampia. Letto comodissimo!! La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile!

Poca insonorizzazione (i rumori esterni come TV, voci ecc.. soprattutto della stanza affianco e dell angolo cucina in comune si sentono piuttosto forti) Sul frigo sono affissi i prezzi delle cialde del caffè in macchinetta : a mio avviso sarebbe stato più carino fossero inclusi nel prezzo.

Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla, confortevole, consigliato!

Posizione strategica, ho lasciato la macchina all'inizio del soggiorno e l'ho ripresa l'ultimo giorno, (1 settimana) a piedi con un po' di voglia si raggiunge tutto. Posizione comunque al top, riservatezza, molto tranquilla la zona, bellissimo parco con tanto verde a cento metri, spazi interni ampi, la proprietaria gentilissima, mai invadente, molto disponibile. Top!

Zimmer in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in ruhiger Wohngegend. Für eine Nacht ausreichend.

Das Zimmer ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Erdgeschoß gelegen. Es gibt noch ein zweites Zimmer und eine Küche. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und neuwertig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist groß und ebenfalls gut. Dazu gab es einen Balkon zum Hinterhof. Vor den Fenstern sind Fliegengitter. Das ist aber üblich und notwendig, bei den vielen Mücken in Italien.

Wir mussten warten, waren allerdings auch etwas früher da. Die Gastgeberin hat sich dennoch etwas verspätet. Das hat dazu geführt, dass meine Frau von Herrscharen von Mücken überfallen und verstochen wurde. Dafür gab es ein kurzes Sorry. Obwohl die Gastgeberin englisch kann, erfolgte ihr Anschreiben in italienisch. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste Frühstück was ich jemals erhalten habe. Es bestand aus einem Kaffee aus einer Kaffeemaschine mit einem Pad und dem ausdrücklichen Hinweis, dass nur ein Kaffee inkludiert ist. Zudem gab es ein frisches Croissant, verpackte Kekse und Zwieback und Marmelade in kleinen Verpackungen. Dann doch bitte besser kein Frühstück anbieten. Wir sind dann in das wenige Meter entfernte Cafe gegangen und konnten wir wenig Geld selbst unser Frühstück zusammen stellen.

Fijne, no nonsense b&b

Hygiëne top. Comfortable kamer, perfect geschikt voor een overnachting op doorreis. Ontbijtje is prima. De eigenaresse super lief. Het is ietsje verder van het centrum, maar daardoor erg rustig natuurlijk. Kwartiertje te voet naar de binnenstad dus goed te doen.

Voor ons was het bed aan de harde kant, maar dat is kwestie van gewoonte natuurlijk en voor sommige mensen gaat dit net een voordeel zijn.

La struttura è nuova e pulitissima, la camera è molto spaziosa e silenziosa, la cucina è a disposizione a qualsiasi ora con microonde, kettle per tè e macchinetta per l'espresso. Mi ha colpito la grande attenzione di Laura, la proprietaria, che si è presa cura di ogni cosa fin dal momento della prenotazione. Ha chiamato immediatamente per concordare l'orario del check-in e mi ha fatto trovare una colazione personalizzata senza lattosio, tornerò sicuramente!

Un B&B curato con attenzione e disponibilità

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B in occasione di un concorso, scegliendolo appositamente per la sua comoda vicinanza alla scuola. La camera era impeccabilmente pulita e molto accogliente, perfetta per riposarsi dopo una giornata impegnativa. La colazione viene fornita tramite un bar convenzionato: la proprietaria, sempre gentile e disponibile, si è premurata di portarmi esattamente ciò che desideravo.
