The bed was very uncomfortable. Most things in the room were broken, some lights did not work, the hairdryer didn't work at all, shower was very fragile.

If you are new in the city it would not be a very easy option because it is far from the center and need to walk. Or just take the in front bus station (bus n2). Breakfast is a bit weak. More fresh items would be better. Not sound proof you can hear some noises in the night.

La struttura si trova vicino all'autostazione e alla stazione di Piacenza, comodi per spostarsi in provincia e in altre zone della città. La struttura è tenuta bene con una cura degli ambienti e pulizia molto buoni. Comodo il letto matrimoniale. L'accoglienza del proprietario della struttura e del suo staff sono encomiabili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa con le loro attenzioni. La zona è ben servita da supermercati, ristoranti e bar locali, quindi c'è tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno.

La colazione non è prevista. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità del titolare (ci ha subito proposto una sistemazione sicura per le nostre biciclette) e la vicinanza al centro.

La posizione era buiona c'è il parcheggio interno anche.

L'arredamento è raffazzonato, oggetti e mobili dversi fra loro, segni di usura, colpi, macchie alle pareti, bagno ok ma al minimo sindacale.
