Wonderful stay

The rooms were very nice and the staff are awesome and very kind. In the end, during check out, we had to pay the tax and parking. But unintentionally they took a little more amount. But the young lady ran quickly to the private parking to say they took a bit more and to refund the amount. This proves the kindness of the staff and the honesty. Appreciated that

Overall fine for one night

Location was perfect for what I needed and the breakfast was good.

The room was a little too warm for my liking and I don't think the temperature control was working at the time of my stay.

Staff were friendly and helped organise a restaurant and taxis for the evening. Use of and underground garage to park our motorbikes

The sheets in my room of 2 singles had stains on them. They'd been washed but shouldn't of been used again.

It was satisfactory for one night.

The breakfast was adequate. There was not a lot of choice of restaurants near the hotel and the hotel itself did not offer any meal apart from breakfast. It was not clear when I booked that we would have to eat out

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good sound proofing and blackout blinds, bright bathroom with good water pressure, and pet friendly.

The triple room was small, but we knew that from the booking, so it’s really no complaint. It is a little far from downtown, but again, we knew that at the booking. there is plenty of restaurants and bars nearby though.

Very helpful staff!!!

We cannot thank the staff on reception enough for their kindness and help. We had broken down on a bank holiday and the receptionist helped us sort everything to be back on the road the very next day.

Windows are not sound blocking. Very noisy during rainy night. Doubleglass windows would resolve this easily.

Breve soggiorno per una visita veloce a Piacenza

Facilmente raggiungibile, grande parcheggio pubblico a fianco della struttura, personale cordiale e disponibile, qualità prezzo ottima poiché presenti servizi (es kit spazzolino da denti, doppio cuscino ecc) che in alcuni 4* non ci sono, bagno molto grande con sanitari nuovi, Smart TV

Non ho trovato punti negativi se non un pochino di polvere ma trascurabilissima

Camera silenziiosa e pulita Personale attento e disponibile Ringraziamo la signora al Ricevimento che ci ha dato in prestito un ombrello in previsione di una pioggia che purtroppo è arrivata Grazie a Maria che ci ha risolto un bel “problema “ mettendoci a nostro agio con la sua presenza e cordialità Consiglio vivamente questo Hotel (in particolar modo per chi deve raggiungere l’Unicatt per qualche evento “piacevole “ come lo è stato per noi (la laurea magistrale dí nostro figlio) Colazione varia ed abbondante

Soggiorno lavorativo eccellente all'Hotel City di Piacenza! La camera era impeccabile, spaziosa e silenziosa, perfetta per concentrarsi. Ottima la posizione centrale e molto apprezzata la cortesia dello staff. Colazione varia e di qualità. Assolutamente consigliato per chi viaggia per affari!

Va bene per 2 notti…

La posizione era abbastanza vicina alla fiera

Non l’ho trovata molto pulita, la stanza singola era molto piccola, la colazione appena sufficiente. Alla mattina il personale inizia a fare i lavori molto presto facendo rumore a dispetto degli ospiti.

J'ai aimé cet hôtel d'une autre époque mais bien pensé, avec des chambres spacieuses et pratiques . Places de parking à l extérieur non payantes. Bonne literie, propre et bon petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable .

Le prix pour le chien :15 euros cela est trop cher.
