Perfect Pettenasco!

Perfect location, building and rooms were immaculate - presented to the highest level. Breakfast was fantastic and with generous serving size. The hosts were warm and friendly, but very discreet - how they managed to keep the accommodation so clean and perfectly presented without being seen was magic! Location was ideal to tour Orta and its surroundings, but also was great as a base to explore Maggiore and beyond. An exceptional stay, spoilt only by the week of continuous rain! So we will have to return in the ☀️

Beautiful apartment overlooking the Lake. Spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely swimming pool. Really peaceful. However you need a car as it is not in town.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the view.

Host were very friendly and satisfied our request for late check-in. Spacious and spotlessly clean room & bathroom. Nice private sitting area outside, perfect for enjoying the peaceful view and breakfast. Pool area very well kept. Breakfast was served on a little table just for us. Very good overall - coffee, juice, cereal, yoghurt, bread roll & croissant (large) - more than enough. Several good eating places in Pettenasco and nearby Orta San Giulio. Best to book in advance. The quiet and tranquillity of the place was exactly what we were after.

Will definitely be back

The property is fantastic. Stayed in the upstairs accommodation - bedroom lounge, bathroom and a balcony with a million dollar view. Breakfast was delivered, not buffet but was plenty of very good food. Host provided fresh croissants, meat and cheeses every morning. We loved this place and the area was the best we visited.

Holiday feeling along the lake

The hosts are very friendly, breakfast is a small buffet and you bring the chosen items back to your own terrace in front of the room. This is very convenient. The swimmingpool and its position / view is to die for, a real holiday feeling. Location at the lake is fine and all hotspots are easy to reach. Parking at own premises.

The view, room, pool, and breakfast were perfect. Furthermore, the host speaks English. Can definitely recommend this place!

We had a lot of small flies in the bathroom the first day but the staff made them go away without us saying anything. Also, at checkout we had to pay for all the drinks in the minibar because we had put our own things next the drinks in the fridge.

Stunning room with a superb view!

We stayed only one night in this really beautiful apartment. The owners were very kind and friendly and assisted us with everything. The location is beautiful and you have a wonderful view over the lake. A better view and more relaxing atmosphere is hard to find! The apartment is brand new, with great interior decoration and it is very spacious and superbly clean! We stayed on the first floor and had a wonderful view. I think it can get a bit hot in the summer, but we had no complains. The bed and bedding were the best on our entire trip! The breakfast was limited, but more than enough to be satisfied. It is a bit hard to get to the location on very narrow streets, but with the great parking opportunity one has, it was manageable, We can definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone without hesitation!

I would just suggest that you put a table or dresser in the bedroom to put things down and maybe a shelf next to the mirror in the bathroom, since there is only a cupboard below, but no other shelving for make up and things.

Ein traumhafter Platz zum entspannen und erholen.

Die Sicht auf den See einfach traumhaft. Alles gepflegt. Jeden Morgen bekamen wir das Frühstück auf einem Tablett vor die Türe gestellt und konnten dann auf unserem Balkon frühstücken. Es hat alles gepasst.

Sehr schön, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Sensationelle Unterkunft am Lago di Orta. Der Blick beim frühstück auf den Pool und den See sind unbeschreiblich gut. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber gut und ausreichend. Die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und es macht Spaß darin Urlaub zu verbringen. Die etten sind sehr gut mit einer tollen Matratze und einer Auswahl an Kopfkissen.

Emplacement parfait, au calme, vue sur le lac magnifique. Très bonne literie. Logement très propre. Propriétaires discrets, réactifs, et de bon conseil. Petit-déjeuner déposé à l'extérieur de la chambre à l'horaire qui vous convient. Avec de bons produits locaux (fromages, jambon, yaourts délicieux, viennoiseries,...)

Tout était parfait. Peut-être qu'un micro-ondes ou le nécessaire pour cuisiner serait appréciable. Car l'emplacement est tellement magnifique que l'on a envie de profiter au maximum de la terrasse et éventuellement de pouvoir y dîner. Mais ceci n'est pas une critique, juste une suggestion !! Nous avons adoré notre séjour !
