Breakfast was very good. and so was the pool. The views over the lake were beautiful.
The property was a long way up hill on a very twisty road. There were no restaurants within a sensible distance so you had to go by car, Not great if you want to have a drink! No microwave and no dishwasher

Beautiful view , lovely pool , serene , very clean and spacious
For us it was further away from restaurants to which we could walk than we like but it was a fantastic property and very good facilities

Perfect location, building and rooms were immaculate - presented to the highest level.
Breakfast was fantastic and with generous serving size.
The hosts were warm and friendly, but very discreet - how they managed to keep the accommodation so clean and perfectly presented without being seen was magic!
Location was ideal to tour Orta and its surroundings, but also was great as a base to explore Maggiore and beyond.
An exceptional stay, spoilt only by the week of continuous rain! So we will have to return in the ☀️

The swimming pool was lovely. Excellent views of the lake from the terrace. Breakfast was wonderful.
