Lovely place and people!

Everything. Paola and Alberto are extremely nice and service oriented. The breakfast is homemade and delicious! The B&B is perfectly situated in Feriolo, close to the lake front and the restaurants, but in a quite area. We loved it here and our hosts suggested cool activities to do in the vicinity. We totally recommend it here!

Two wonderful hosts, a gorgeous location

The guesthouse owners, Paola and Alberto, were extremely friendly, every morning they asked us what we wanted to do that day and offered us tips for excursions. Also, they suggested a wonderful beach spot known only to the locals (Lake Mergozzo). And the breakfast served ... WOW!! ... extremely good (homemade bread and the cakes made by Paola were a wonder). A location that we recommend with great pleasure! Thanks for everything, Paola and Alberto!

Best breakfast ever … all hand made by Paola. If you have the chance to take your breakfast on the terrace , then it’s even better ! Room is classic but very clean.

Lovely hosts with best sea view

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay here. The host couple was really helpful and lovely. We enjoyed the hospitality and the great breakfast -especially for Italian dimensions it was diverse, mostly sweet and because of the homemade bread and cakes and the sweet fruits outstandingly good. Covid rules are followed strictly and there is even a daily room cleaning. The highlight is the terrace with a marvellous view of the lake and sunshine while having breakfast. We highly recommend this place!!!

Perfectly located villa with views on the lake and a private balcony. Extremely tasty breakfast with homemade bread, pastry and jams. Possibility of adding charcuterie and cheese platter was a good idea. Very attentive hosts full of great advice.

Second visit

We had a second beautiful weekend in Feriolo. Last year we promised Paola and Alberto to come again. Now we did it. The B&B is still beautiful and quite. We enjoyed the well designed room with the pretty outlook on the lake. This year we made a trip to the islands and to the lake Mergozzo as Paola recommended us. Mille Grazie also for the good Italian breakfast. Was always delicious. We come again!

The pillows were for my feeling a little bit to hard.

Wir waren etwas zu früh dort, konnten aber schon einchecken. Das Besitzerpaar ist extrem hilfsbereit, nett und herzlich. Sie haben uns unterstützt, eine gute Velotour zu finden und auch sonst. Selbstgemachtes Frühstück, eine wunderbare Terrasse und viel Privatsphäre. Es war einfach top! Unbedingt buchen, falls es frei ist.

Fast perfekt und nur zu empfehlen

Paola ist ein wundervoller Host. Das Zimmer ist großzügig mit Balkon und Meerblick. Dazu kommt, dass man zusammen mit den anderen Gästen auch die große Dachterrasse des Hauses, ebenfalls mit Meerblick, nutzen darf. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, wir konnten Weingläser leihen und bekamen Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Lage zum See ist hervorragend, denn in nur wenigen Schritten ist man am Seeufer. Auch zum Supermarkt sind es nur wenige Schritte. Parken war nie ein Problem für uns. Das Frühstück war an sich sehr gut, mit selbstgebackenem Brot, Kuchen und selbstgemachten Marmeladen. Es gab auch Joghurt (leider nur fettlos), Müsli und Obst.

Käse und Schinken zum Frühstück gab es leider nur als ganzen Teller für 7 Euro extra, was für mich nicht passte, da ich gerne aber nur wenig herzhaftes benötige. Wir haben dann aus dem Supermarkt etwas mitgebracht und im Kühlschrank gelagert.

Na 1001 adressen te hebben gehad blijkt dit een topper te zijn.

Het is een supermooie B&B. Alles schoon en heel op een perfecte locatie. De hostess doet er alles aan om jouw verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. Dit is een aanrader en wij komen zeker terug. Parkeren in de buurt, was eigenlijk ook geen probleem. Kon de auto veilig op loop afstand kwijt.

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Seenähe

Paola und Alberto sind herzliche und sehr bemühte Gastgeber, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Dankeschön für das Nähzeug! Am Ende einer Sackgasse nur einige Stufen von der belebten Strandpromenade mit unzähligen Lokalen entfernt, bietet das bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll hergerichtete Haus eine ruhige, aber trotzdem zentrale Lage. Unser Motorrad konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus sicher parken und vom Balkon aus im Auge behalten. Das Familienzimmer ist geräumig und bietet genauso wie die Gästeterrasse einen schönen Seeblick. Es gibt nur 2 Zimmer im 1. Stock und ein Appartement im Erdgeschoß. Paolas Frühstück bietet einen perfekten Start in den Tag: selbstgebackenes Brot (Täglich eine andere Sorte!), selbstgebackene Kuchen, Croissants, Kekse, Obstsalat..., selbstgemachte Marmeladen, frisches Obst, Joghurt ... Für € 7,- Aufpreis erhält man einen Teller mit Wurst, Käse, Oliven und Gemüse.

Leider läuten die Kirchenglocken täglich ab 7 Uhr in der Früh. Es gibt keine dünnen Vorhänge zum Zuziehen, weshalb die Moskitos etwas lästig waren und die vorbeigehenden Leute ins Zimmer blicken konnten. Der Balkon ist recht eng und erlaubt kein gemütliches Sitzen.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Die Eigentümer gaben sich sehr viel Mühe um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sensationell war das selbstgebackene Brot von Paola und die selbstgemachten Marmeladen und Kuchen zum Frühstück.
