Ho soggiornato in questo hotel già più di una volta e ogni volta è una conferma: mi sono trovata davvero benissimo e ci tornerei senza esitazione.
Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, cosa per me fondamentale.
La colazione è varia e di buona qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata nel modo giusto. Inoltre, ho ricevuto un upgrade gratuito dalla camera economy, un gesto davvero apprezzato che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale.
La vista lago è semplicemente meravigliosa, uno di quei dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza e rendono l’esperienza ancora più memorabile.
Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel e spero di tornarci presto!

Thelocation of the hotel as it us near stresa. The room is lake side with a good view of the Island. It was nice. The room is cleaned
The bed and the blanket. I was there at the end of April. When the temperature went down. The room i had was located on the 3rds floor connecting to the building but outside of door of the building. In the night was cold for me and the blanket was not enough. On the 2ng night i went to request more blanket. It helps in the night.

The view, the staff, the breakfast.
All the sounds at night keeping us awake especially the AC compressor of our neighbors, in addition to the traffic and the train running all the night.
Our bathroom needed some maintenance because the sink and the shower basin were broken.
