Nice view and lovely staff

Thelocation of the hotel as it us near stresa. The room is lake side with a good view of the Island. It was nice. The room is cleaned

The bed and the blanket. I was there at the end of April. When the temperature went down. The room i had was located on the 3rds floor connecting to the building but outside of door of the building. In the night was cold for me and the blanket was not enough. On the 2ng night i went to request more blanket. It helps in the night.

Great location directly at the lake with first class view and direct access to the water. Also a beachfront is there and the restaurant serves breakfast and dinner - at least that was my understanding. With sufficient parking space we had no problem parking the car, the staff and the managers are above the average kind and friendly. The place is family managed which gave an additional cozyness to our stay, great people.

Breakfast is great and solid, a bit more of fruits and vegetables would be nice. Each room with AC, which works properly, however a bit loud but thats okay. All in all comfortable.

The view was wonderful from our room, and we enjoyed our small balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room smelled musky, and unfortunately we had to close our windows when the neighboring inhabitants smoked on their balcony.. we would have appreciated designated smoking areas. The beds were not very comfortable.

The view, the staff, the breakfast.

All the sounds at night keeping us awake especially the AC compressor of our neighbors, in addition to the traffic and the train running all the night. Our bathroom needed some maintenance because the sink and the shower basin were broken.

All in all, spent a lovely holiday at your hotel.

I loved the part that it was next to the lake and easy to swim. Also, very friendly staff! We felt very welcomed. The fact that you get fresh towels everyday is also a plus!

The beds were quite hard and too short for me to lay in. Hope this gets changed in the future. Also, we did not try out the restaurant because of the limited menu, and not offering food for the beach.

Great stay near lake Lago Maggiore

Amazing stay on the shore of Lago Maggiore lake. Cozy rooms, amazing views via the window.

We missed the coffee machine or kettle in the room. Also, the breakfast was very basic (standard italian sweet breakfast with few slices of meat, which we don't eat as vegetarians...). Good thing is that if you ask, they can make you an omlette or boiled eggs. And give a normal coffee from the machine. So that saved the day!

Very nice family hotel on the shores of Lago Maggiore.

This is our second stay in this hotel this year (see my previous review from July) and we plan to come back again, whenever possible. The lake district is magic for us. We liked its' excellent situation directly on the Lago Maggiore shore, within a walking distance from Baveno and a short drive from other tourist attraction around the lake (Arona, Stresa, Verbania and the lake ferries) or even the Orta lake. Since the hotel is a family run business the service is much more personal than in a regular hotel. The view over the lake is worth the extra money. The dinners are a pure joy, the chef being one of the owners and founders of the hotel. During our previous stay we took only one dinner here, this time we dinned every evening in the hotel restaurant. It is much better than many of the "standard" restaurants to be found in the city. There is also ample parking place, a problem in some hotels.

We spent one night and the room & stuff from the hotel were exceptional! Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were delicious, they arranged it really well according to COVID’s safety rules. We enjoyed the free bikes and it was amazing to bike around Lago Maggiore!
