Wie erhofft und erwartet.

Rocetta Fiorita was a very nice and calm small apartment right above a restaurant (Osteria San Martino), which belongs to the same owners. Communication with the owner is super easy by telephone or WhatsApp. The apartment itself is perfect for 2 people and comfortable enough for up to 4. It has a nice rooftop terrasse, unfortunately you can't see anything from the lake or the surrounding, because of the rooftops around. On the bright side that makes it a wonderfully quiet place. There's a nearby private beach (about 10 min by foot), belonging to a camping place, which you can use for 6€/day (ask at the camping place reception). Another public beach is in Pettenasco, about 15-20 min by foot, but it can get quite crowed during the day. Oh one more thing: bring mosquito spray for the evenings. Lot's of it.

"un luogo incantato"

La prima impressione, che confermo, è quella di un posto romantico. La nostra stanza non era tanto grande ma aveva tutto il necessario a disposizione: bagno privato, macchinetta per il caffè, piccolo frigorifero, tavolino x colazione. Noi eravamo in moto ed abbiamo trovato comoda la posizione per visitare i dintorni del lago. Così come poter cenare presso l'Osteria San Martino che si trova proprio all'interno dell'edificio, nel cortile.

Ottima posizione per vari luoghi di interesse. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Appartamento grande e pieno di comfort. Oltre alla struttura ricettiva, all’interno della stessa è presente l’Osteria San Martino con ottimi piatti del territorio da gustare.

Appartamento situato all'interno di una corte,ideale per due persone. C'è tutto il necessario per poter fare una vacanza in relax. La trattoria San Martino all'interno dello stesso cortile. Personale gentile e disponibile. Sono accettati cani.

Essendo una struttura ricavata da uno stabile datato, le prime scale di accesso sono un po' strette e difficoltose, sopratutto per portare le valigie. Ci è stato richiesto un supplemento di € 10 al giorno per pulire e sanificare l'appartamento dopo il nostro soggiorno con il cane.

Struttura ben conservata e caratteristica, l’appartamento era pulito e ben organizzato. Personale disponibile e gentile. Pranzo nel ristorante della stessa proprietà buonissimo, prezzi medio/alti ma ne vale la pena.

Una bella pausa dalla città

Appartamento a ringhiera molto carino. È situato in una zona molto tranquilla quindi ottima per fare una pausa dal casino della città. Bene attrezzato e letto molto comodo. Si trova a metà strada tra Omegna e Orta San Giulio quindi ottima posizione per chi vuole girare sul lago d'Orta.

A rientrare la notte all'Interno del palazzo mancavano le luci soprattutto sulle scale ripide. Farei almeno una luce che si attiva al passaggio perché è stato un po' pericoloso. Fornirei l'appartamento di un piccolo bollitore in cucina. all'arrivo in struttura non c'è una vera e propria reception, il che non è stato molto chiaro per il check in, inoltre non ho trovato molto comodo il pagamento in struttura. C'era un po' di polvere in stanza. Doccia molto piccola in bagno.

Italienisch dörfliche Idylle mit viel Wandermöglichkeiten

Sehr romantisch und ruhig in italienisch dörflicher Idylle oberhalb von Pettenasco gelegen. Tolle Lage, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um den Orta See zu erkunden. Viele verschiedene Wandermöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und unkompliziert; bieten eine familiäre Atmosphäre und sind sehr um einen als Gast bemüht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben alles was man braucht. Zimmer und Haus sind sehr urig, verwinkelt, alles authentisch gehalten mit Holzbalkendecke und Holztreppen im Adrium, eine Steinwand im Ess-Wohnbereich. Auch die Empore ist schön. Für alte Häuser üblich, ist etwas dunkel, aber angenehm im Sommer. Osteria im Erdgeschoss mit lecker italienischer Küche und super freundlichen Personal.

Das WLan ist manchmal etwas langsam, aber völlig ok für messaging
