Amazing lake view, very friendly staff, clean & quiet. Very specious apartments, equipped with everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, dishes, etc. There is a small parking lot near the hotel with reasonable prices (4 or 8 euros for full day) as well as a small coffee shop / kiosk on the lake. The hotel has a nice restaurant for breakfast as well as another one for dinner - we enjoyed both.
We stayed at the apartments in the second floor - there are stairs in the apartment, which means you need to carry your luggage to the upper floor where the bedroom is located - might be challenging for elderly & disabled. The WiFi signal was weak on the apartment's second floor (below the roof) Room cleaning / Towel changing is not included in the price (but available for a fee) - in case that matters to you. The hotel surrounding while quite and beautiful, is quite boring. If you want stores, many restaurants and more energy, you must drive to the near town (Arona - 5 minutes) or Stresa (15 minutes) - without a car it is hard to get along in the area.
