ACCOMMODATION: The place came with a games room, including a pool table and darts board, as well as a gym. The apartment itself was very spacious, equipped with both an AC and central heating, which you can personally control, so you are always at a comfortable temperature. For the price range, I strongly doubt you'll find a better accommodation, keeping in mind that I paid €265 for 5 nights for 2 people. LOCATION: Literally only a 5-minute walk from Lidl, the station and the lakeside. In other words, the location is perfect.

The only drawback I could come to think of is that the balcony doesn't have a great view. However, this should be the least of your worries, especially with all the amenities the place comes with at this price range. Please keep in mind that my views were constructed with the price I personally paid, so when reading the review, keep that in mind when weighing up if this is the place for you. Take what I say with a pinch of salt. That being said, I LOVE IT!

Great location, property, and host! Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. I especially liked the balconies. We had had our morning coffee on the balcony every morning. Alex was very communicative and attentive to our needs!

Arona sul Lago Maggiore

A wonderful large apartment with four rooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is very elegant and spacious. There are three air conditioners, almost in every room. Parking is on private property with a carport, and we never had any problems with it. The hotel grounds have a barbecue area, which we used once.

There is a train station nearby, but at night it is not very noisy. Only at 6:00 in the morning I had to close the window because the loudspeaker started announcing. The mattress in the large room was too soft. In the small room, the two mattresses were spring-based and uncomfortable. The children ended up sleeping on the sofas downstairs, which turned out to be much more comfortable.

Excellent apartment, quiet, clean and well appointed!

Ground floor appartments, very well appointed, spacious and extremely clean. The free parking was right by our door and secure.Self check in instructions were comprehensive and easy to understand. Excellent communication with ownere Alex; unfortunately we did not get to meet him as we were out all day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was excellent.

We loved staying at Faber apartments, loads of space and comfort, we had more than enough room for a very comfortable stay with everything we needed, we enjoyed the use of the games area too and staff were very friendly. We will be booking to come again.

Next time, we will try and get one of the apartments with the balcony.

Not appropriate for family with baby

Safe parking

Apartmant from downstairs. The kitchen and sleeping room was partly separated with a wardrobe that was not reaching the ceiling. Being there with a baby <2 years we were not able to enjoy vacation because we needed to stay silent and with the lights shut down from 7 PM so that the baby can sleep and does not wake up. . + noisy.....Especially from the apartment from upstairs.... Sliding chairs especially + cooking pan's are worn out with scrached surface-> toxic + cooking is unplesent as well since it is open space with the sleeping room... Smell, noise can not be avoided.

Exceptional

Lovely spacious apartment, with 2 bathrooms, provided everything we needed for a week, efficient Aircon, easy 12 minute walk to the central promenade and the lake. We loved it here

Great family holiday in Arona

The owners of the Faber Apartments were excellent at answering all our questions about local facilities. Very impressed with the apartments. Also, the e-bike with the basket and lock was handy for small shops!

Train noise early in morning and late at night might be annoying.

Nice place for a short stay.

The place is spacious, close to the center of Arona and there's a grocery nearby.

Limited linen, we had to ask for an extra pillow as one bed didn't have it. Parking is available but just a bit tight.

Good location, pretty close to the lake, on walking distance several restaurants, supermarkets. The owner was always available for our questions/ concerns.

Good, affordable self-catering with Mod-cons

this was a super clean and modern vacation apartment with good appliances and well stocked with dishes, cooking pans,etc. Very spacious. Alex was extremely responsive and helpful. This is a little far from the central area of Arona and the lake, but only about a 15 minute walk. there was covered safe parking. they provided umbrellas, a nice thoughtful touch. our unit was two levels with bedroom upstairs and kitchen, table, couch and TV down. great for a longer stay.

it was skimpy on linens and towels. just one sheet on top, no blanket except thin one that did not cover whole bed. but we obviously managed fine because we didn’t bring it up with Alex. This place is very much designed for people driving in, staying awhile, and able to bring basics like salt, laundry detergent and so on. we had to buy much more than needed for a short stay. This is not a complaint— just a note for fellow travelers. the decks were nice but they just overlook a busy street, so we didn’t use them.

Well appointed, spacious appratments, good base for a holiday.

Nice spacious apartment with parking, an easy walk to the town centre. Well equipped with most things you might need, including a washing machine. Very friendly and helpful staff met us on arrival and explained everything.

Our apartment overlooked the railway station and you could hear the train announcements when it was quiet, not a major problem,but noticeable in the early hours of the morning.

Perfect appartment for a stay at the Lago Maggiore

We had a lovely stay at Fabers. Very nice appartment with a perfect distance to the city centre, supermarkets and most important: The Lago Maggiore. Thanks to Christina for being such a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommened!

Séjour parfait à Arona

L'appartement est spacieux, la climatisation fonctionne très bien. L'aménagement de la cuisine est parfait. La proximité du lac.

Il y a eu quelques scolopendres dans la salle de séjour et j'ai une phobie des bêtes. Pouvez-vous traiter s'il vous plâit ce problème car j'ai l'intention d'y revenir.

Top Lage , schöne Wohnung

Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Pizzaria gibt es direkt neben an. Ein Lidl ist fußläufig erreichbar und direkt auf dem Fußweg zum Strand. Die Promenade ist ebenfalls Fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Lage ist top. Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone, auf zwei Ebene. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

le bruit de la gare située derrière très tôt le matin manque de vaisselle nous étions cinq il y avait juste cinq assiettes lave vaisselle inutile!
