Great hotel with large clean rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast

It’s a great hotel for the price you pay, the staff is nice - they even helper us planning what to do in the area which is something hotels don’t really do anymore The room is large and the view is really nice and clean The breakfast bar is very good with lots of options

The only bad thing I have to say is it said free parking and they try to charge you 15€ for parking there a day - we noticed and told them and they removed this charge

Amazing hotel and great location

The pictures online are not as good as the reality! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice each day. The swimming pool was amazing too.

The juice at breakfast seemed watered down.

Very enjoyable stay all round.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a wide selection enough to please anybody. Pool bar serving snacks as well as drink was a bonus.

A hotel that added to a beautiful location

It was a charming hotel in a superb location.Our room was overlooking the lake with a spacious balcony.The dinner was of a very high standard and food alergies were excellently dealt with.All staff members were courteous and extremely helpful.Both my wife and I would be delighted to stay at the hotel again in the future.

Overall a disappointing visit.

Location ok but noisy from road. Room a good size.

.Everything was there it just lacked a feeling that anyone was bothered. The decor was very dated. There was air conditioning ( controlled by reception)but we were told during a heatwave at the beginning of May that it could not be turned on & we should just open a window! The food was poor generally especially for myself as gluten free. ( even though I had informed then when booking!)There was a range of puddings on display but the only option for myself was a piece of fruit. Breakfast was plentiful for my partner with plenty of baked goods but no GF. Very little info about things to do or places to go.

Enjoyavle stay in lovely Stresa.

Breakfast was ok, room was fine. Location, 10 to 15 minutes walk from Stresa station was good, although the road had no pavement and it was dark.

Nice Hotel, shame about some of the staff.

The room size, the different choices for breakfast, the balcony view

The staff not very welcome since the beginning and it wasn’t a cheap hotel. The bar closed and indicated to use that one near the swimming pool but it was closed with the shutter down. No free space to park the car around the hotel. The few ones costs 10€ per night (otherwise find a free car park outside). No questions about the stay from the staff. I never seen a bathroom in Italy without bidet. I was expecting a better treatment.

Perfect location, lovely staff.

Great location about 20 mins stroll along the lakeside into town. Loved the pool and poolside bar. Lovely staff, very helpful, no request was too much. Will definitely come back, and will recommend it to friends.

Beds could have been a bit softer, but that's just my preference.

When we arrived the woman who received us was very inflexible. All other staff at the reception and in the restaurant was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was disappointing eG with no fresh fruit

Great location and wonderful staff

The location is fantastic!! It is spotlessly clean, and the amenities are great. The pool is beautiful, beds are great, and the pool bar staff were amazing with us and our son. Massive thank you to Emilio and Constantino, who could not have been more pleasant or more helpful.

Lovely hotel that is a short walk along the promenade into town. The staff were exceptional, providing us with lots of information. The room was lovely, with a nice balcony. Cleaned everyday. Breakfast was substantial and the staff very attentive. Highly recommend.

the bathroom lights flickered. We mentioned this to the reception and they were already aware of the problem. however my husband suffers from migraines and flickering lights are a trigger. they were never fixed so he had to shower in the dark!

A very pleasant short break

The view of the lake from the room, the very friendly personnel, the traditional Italian evening meal. Despite the nearby railway and road the room was very quiet.

The "hot" options at breakfast were only a bit warm.

We had a lovely week staying here, hiring bikes to get around. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff were very helpful and gave lots of great advice.

My bed was a little hard but that is only because I love a soft mattress.

We didn't like not being able to control our own air conditioning in our room. We became quite blocked up during the night with it going. A kettle with tea would be a great addition for the rooms.
