To be honest, although outdated (mostly the beds) and the WIFI running only downstairs in the dining restaurant room, the venue is clean. My wife and I stayed 5 nights over there, dining 3 times. Excellent meals by the way even though the menu card hanging front of the garten was not aligned with what really was available or not that day unfortunately. One or two of the meals for instance written on the card were not even available, but for some reason weren't removed from that board...
Another thing to remove from the description over internet, unless the owner isn't afraid of misleading ad, is "good continental breakfast buffet". There's no breakfast at all to be seen anywhere! So be prepared to head to the "Royal Camping" venue that is located at 300 m away walking, where eventually you'll have passionate conversations with the young Michele (our Pettenasco's angel), Daniele and Manu --fantastic guys !
What's more, if you're not bothered by the cowbells just a stone's throw from the hotel and the bell towers of both churches next door, then don't complain.
Read carefully again the above review. But travelers need to think or strongly consider renting a car...
I don't know about other travelers, I'm not a guy who enjoys cycling or mountain biking on steep, winding mountain roads !
