Good location, great breakfast, friendly staff, excellent spa facilities, average rooms

Good location for what we needed. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the spa facilities. The staff were really helpful and friendly, very responsive for anything we needed.

The rooms are very tired. They’ve been renovated, but very poorly. Our room and hallway smelled really bad, heavy smell of old smoke. There are no in-room amenities really - there was shampoo and soap, but there’s no tea or coffee or water etc. It’s very rustic. However, we didn’t pay for luxury so didn’t expect it :) so this is reflected in our score and comments.

Breakfast was super, room was clean and warm. Kitchen also good! Spa is super! But no one proposed a towels:(

they were an issues with car charging, it was not working during the night, no one were able to fix it :(

Very nice staff

I really missed a kettle in my room. And in the evening, they couldn't give me a tea (or a cup of hot water) because the coffeemachine was already cleaned? I really love a cup of tea before bed and brought my own bags but it was impossible they said. That was the only downside, the rest was amazing.

Breakfast was amazing!!! Parking was free. The sauna and a pool was in the price. A 15 minute drive to Stuttgart by a car. Stuff was very friendly and they have very good wiener schnitzels!

Perfect stop for car travelers – free parking, good breakfast and wonderfull staff

Super cute family-run hotel! The staff members were really sweet and helpful. Late check-in was possible and they even upgraded my room, so I stayed in Hotel Rupertihof instead. Nice breakfast and free parking. Good value for money. Vielen dank!

The only bad thing I can say is my room smelled like cigarettes, but that didn’t bother me since I got so good treatment otherwise.

Very friendly receptionist, very good breakfast with many dishes, lockable space for bikes.

For the first time after many years of utilizing booking.com the hotel charged us price for the missing person of our group (he was ill so did not come). I understand that the hotel was authorized to do it, but I missed fair approach (moreover we spent many euros in the restaurant...). The waiter had problems with calculating the bill. :-(

Insgesamt sehr gut, wir kommen wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt war super und Herr Berger hat sich sehr bemüht, so dass wir sehr zufrieden waren. Leider war der Fernseher in unserem Zimmer total verstellt und wir konnten nichts mehr anschauen. Haben dies auch am nächsten Morgen gemeldet.

Sehr gutes Personal, dass sich sehr mühe gibt. Grosse Auswahl zum Frühstück vorhanden. Das Hauptgebäude ist innen sehr einladend.

Die Matratzen und Kissen könnten auf den heutigen Standart angepasst und erneuert werden. Unser 3 jähriger hat dies ebenfalls bemängelt

Alle sehr freundlich, sauber, angenehme Atmosphäre, Wellnessbereich super, Game rooms plus kinderspielzimmer finde ich sehr gut für Kinder. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr sehr lecker und viel Auswahl. Unser Platz (ich glaube Tisch 1) in einer Ecke, war auf jedenfall sehr gemütlich für 2 Personen. Es war alles sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Weihnachts Flair ist auch super gewesen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wasser im Wellnessbereich könnte bisschen wärmer sein.

Schlechte Schallisolierung der Zimmer, der Fernseher nebenan war hörbar, obwohl er nicht laut spielte. Jedes Geräusch aus den Fluren und angrenzenden Räumen war zu hören.

Ich würde hier keine Nacht mehr verbringen wollen

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hellhörig. Die Matratze hat schlecht gerochen. Das Hotel wirbt auf seiner Homepage unter anderem mit einer veganen Frühstücksalternative. Ich war dort drei Tage und bekam gegrilltes Gemüse oder kalten Reis mit unfrischem Rucolasalat.

Preis-Leistung auf Zimmer bezogen passt nicht für mich

Das Gästehaus liegt wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt zum Hotel und liegt ruhig. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig und serviert Frühstück auch am Sonntag ab 7 Uhr. Jeden Abend Livemusik u.a. vom Chef des Hotels. A la carte Restaurant top. Zahlreiche Gassi- und Spazierwege in unmittelbarer Nähe;

Zimmer im Gästehaus nur oberflächlich sauber: auf Boden hinter der Tür wurde lange nicht mehr geputzt; Haare an den Fliesen im Bad; Klohbürste wurde lange nicht mehr getauscht und der Behälter dafür länger nicht mehr geleert und gesäubert; Verstaubte Socken unter dem Ausziehsofa (das wurde von mir zusammen gebaut, da ich Alleinreisende mit Hund war und das Zimmer vier bezogene Betten hatte) Vorhänge hängen herunter. ; Matratzen sehr durchgelegen;

Der Badebereich war sehr schön. Das Personal wahnsinnig freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Das Zimmer hätte einwenig sauberer sein können - vorallem die Heizkörper/Lüftungen. Aber das ist ein Detail.

Restaurant was lekker, fitness van het hotel goed uitgerust.

We dachten een goede deal te maken via booking. Niets was minder waar, het hotel gaf ons korting maar in ruil belandden we in het gasthof iets verderop in de straat. Een oud gebouw, vergane glorie. Voor alle voorzieningen moesten we naar het hotel verderop in de straat. Het restaurant was lekker en de bediening goed. De fitness was ook aangenaam. De receptioniste echter was allesbehalve vriendelijk. We vroegen naar het buitenzwembad, maar kregen hier een vreemd antwoord op, dat zou ook op een andere locatie zijn ergens om de hoek en we mochten hier op de dag van vertrek geen gebruik van maken. Laat je niet misleiden door de mooie foto’s!
