Great Hotel with nice breakfast. Super nice and helpful staff.

The apartments are a bit far away from the main house in winter. The spa is absolutely great but is a bit crowded if there are more than 6 people in it. No lockers in the spa, which was annoying in combination with the apartments.

Good value stay in the centre of Berchtesgaden

Great location in Berchtesgaden (5 mins walk to shops & restaurants). Hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating. Hotel basic, but clean and comfortable with spacious room. Tasty buffet breakfast (one of the best buffet breakfasts we've had, lots of choice). Small spa on lower ground floor with 4 person jacuzzi and sauna, a nice option after a long day hiking. A wonderful relaxing stay, would recommend. Good value for money.

It's a shame the spa is so small, even with only a few other guests it feels crowded and you don't get much time to relax. However, better than nothing! We had no issues with parking but I can imagine during busier months it's tricky.

Cosy and clean base in the heart of Berchtesgaden

Cosy, clean and comfortable with a fantastic breakfast. Short walk into the town centre with great restaurants, shops and sights.

Great staff, good location, average room and board

Very friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom was excellent and water pressure was outstanding with hot water coming immediately. Also very clean in general. The view from the room was lovely and parking was very easy.

The room was starting to show it's age with poorly joined doors and the whole key system is too old when there's not a 24H reception. Also the breakfast was huge and varied, but not very interesting. Everything seemed to have come out of a can, the cereal was stale, the "fresh" fruit came from a can or had been out for way too long - all in all quite disappointing

It was very hard for us to find. GPS not too useful. Fortunately Franz was outside when we arrived to tell us where to park. Crowded breakfast area. Somewhat early checkout at 10:30. We’re not used to the understuffed Euro pillows. Very small bathroom with nowhere to put things down and very small shower.

Perfect location and walking distance from shops, train/bus station, Marktplatz and nature trails. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was hot and cold food options, fresh coffee, delicious variety of savour and breads and plenty of it! Clean room, beautiful views, fantastic sauna/spa and wonderful welcome with clear explanation of where everything was in the hotel. Thank you!

Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and it was very hot and stuffy in the room which made sleeping difficult. Maybe fans could be available in the rooms! Not a criticism just a suggestion

Great retreat with stunning views, fantastic amenities, and a perfect location!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautifully decorated rooms. The pool area was a perfect spot to relax, and enjoying a cold beer on the terrace with view at mount Watzmann was a highlight of our evenings. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of choices to suit all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center, and it was easy to reach all the other places we wanted to visit. Every detail, from the room decor to the amenities, was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. We can't wait to return!

We felt very welcomed and had an excellent stay!

Very good location just three minutes walk to the town. The staff were very friendly and gave good suggestions on places to visit. The water pressure in the shower was very good and strong. Franz also gave very good hiking recommendations which we went on and enjoyed very much.

Pillows were too soft, no neck support. But we encountered this in every German hotel we stayed at so maybe it’s a German hotel thing.

I‘d definitely stay here again.

The room was large and had a great view of the mountain out of the large sliding glass patio door. The breakfast was good, with a selection of fruit, bread, pastries and cooked things. The hotel was about 10 minutes walk from the train station and I did it in the dark with no problem. Berchtesgaden and Konigssee was beautiful.

I recommend not driving up the narrow street to get to the parking just in case a car is coming down the hill.

An Alpine dream in southern Germany!

It is very centrally located. It has a pretty quick walk up to old town. The breakfast was amazing! The room was very comfortable.

The parking was a challenge but they’re working on that with some construction. Soon there will be no parking issues.

We liked our stay a lot and are definitely coming back.

We had great time, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, room was good equipped, there was even a backpack. Spa area is small, but cozy. Everything was clean, common areas were new and modern. Location is also good, few mins walk to a city centre with restaurants and shops, also not far from train and bus station. Only not too many parking spots in front of the hotel, but we could use a parking close by a closed hotel.

Very lovely and comfy, with a gorgeous view.

The breakfast was very nice, lots of different specialties to try from, good coffee, several types of juices to choose from. The staff was always very polite and helpful, they refilled immediately whatever it was missing from the buffet. The room was tidy and comfortable, the cleaning staff very polite. The location was central, close to many different restaurants and shops, there is a small parking place behind the hotel, free of charge. The view from the room was showing toward the mountains and made the stay very pleasant. All in all a very nice hotel with lovely staff.

In the spa area the steam bath was not working.

RECOMMEND strongly! It is really nice. 1) Breakfast is great. I ate good Croissants. 2) Location is good. You can go to the Central Station and also restaurants. 3) Nice view. I’ve enjoyed beautiful sights there 4) most importantly, people was kind🫶🏻 I traveled alone But I hope to visit here again with my family. And If you’re a korean, plz Make a book now!!
