A wonderful spot; I would think anytime of year would be spectacular.

Pleasant

The only advantage of this hotel is its swimming pool and sauna. Otherwise, it doesn't offer anything more that does worth paying this price.

Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was below average. Local hotels charge less prices and offer the same quality of stay and food. We booked last minute so had to go with this hotel that has room. Otherwise, I don't see any reason to pay a high price for average quality.

Superb

Good size room with private balcony offering a great view of mountains. The hotel is way out of town but offers dinner as well as breakfast. The food was v. good and the staff friendly and attentive. Good walks nearby.

The bathroom was on the small side but very clean.

Disappointing

A traditional pension in which you can find good breakfast, decent rooms and courteous workers.

The other side of the coin of being traditional is being old fashioned. The hotel is located in an area without cellular data reception. Moreover, from some reason there was no wifi in the hotel at least during our 4 days stay, and the hotel did not seem determined to find solutions for this problem. In 2022, a hotel without data reception is like an a hotel without electricity. Another drawback of the hotel is that it is a bit remote from the main hikes and from the town of Berchtesgaden.

- not far from the mountains - parking for free - junior suite big enough

- personell may want to use mask during their shift in the restaurant. the waiter had his mask with his nose out.. - i would advise to put some antibacterial soup in the sauna.. - breakkie: bretzn and bread was clearly not fresh from a bakery..i guess industrial pastery baked kn the kitchen...

Very good

Breakfast was nice and the spa was great to relax for a few hours on a rainy day. Loved the “newsletter” which they handed out at breakfast with different activities in Berchtesgaden and some tips for hiking etc. Very nice touch!

The property is in a very idyllic location, just expect to drive everywhere if you want to go into Berchtesgaden for dinner etc. This wasn’t as issue for us as we drove, but if you don’t have a car it won’t be possible to get around.

Der ganze Aufenthalt war super, wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Das Zimmer die Junior Suite war ein Traum. Unsere Vespen hatten eine super Unterstellmöglichkeit. Der Wellnessbereich war Spitze ,die Massage war so was von entspannend. Essen war auch sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Zu meinem Geburtstag wurde unser Tisch ganz liebevoll eingedeckt. Kurz um: es war ein richtig schöner Urlaub und bestimmt nicht der letzte im Hotel Neuhäul

Leider konnten wir unseren Balkon mit dem schönen Blick in den Garten erst so richtig genießen, als die Zimmernachbarn abgereist waren. Sie waren Kettenraucher.

Het ontbijt was uitstekend, heel veel keuzes en als je iets wilde eten wat er niet stond dan gingen ze dat halen of maken. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en maakte een praatje. Het was super gezellig.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Alles perfekt! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Was will man mehr um ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen. . Schöne Natur gleich vor der Haustür.

Die Matratze war mir etwas zu hart. Aber das ist ja individuell.

sauberes Zimmer, Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, freundliches Personal, Frühstück und Abendbrot Tisch für 2 Personen - hat uns zugesagt, Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, Abendkarte könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm

auf dem Nachbarbalkon wurde geraucht, Qualm zog in das Zimmer; Lärm zu später Stunde auf den Balkons;

Eines der besten Aufenthalte die ich je hatte in einem Hotel!

Rundherum war es absolut hervorragend! Die persönliche Begrüßung und sogar das Zimmer und die Technik, Ablauf, Platz für das Frühstück usw. wurden persönlich gezeigt! Auch der Spa Bereich und die dazugehörigen Angebote ( Massage….) übertrifft bei weitem die Erwartung eines 5 Sterne Hotels! Hier wurde auf sooo viele Kleinigkeiten geachtet die einem den Aufenthalt verschönern! Die ganze Familie ist mit im Hotel mit absoluter Freude dabei einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen! Ein besonderes Dankeschön auch an die Juniorchefin Steffi (hoffe das habe ich richtig geschrieben), die mit absoluter Überzeugung und Freundlichkeit alle Gäste gleich freundlich bewirtet und immer ein nettes Wort und ein bezauberndes Lächeln hat!!! DANKE!! Ich komme wieder!!!

Die ruhige Lage fernab des Tourismus Berchtesgadens, dennoch gut erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Frühstückszeiten hätten uns besser etwas früher als ab 7:30h gefallen.

Schönes familien,geführtes Hotel mit Einschränkungen

Schwimmbad und Sauna vorhanden, allerdings ohne Beleuchtung, trotz längerer Öffnungszeiten.

Für die Lage war es überdurchschnittlich teuer gewesen und das Frühstücksbuffet war eher schlecht : - Die Brötchen waren knatschig - Sobald man ein Päckchen Honig genommen hatte, waren die ganzen Finger verklebt weil das offenbar nie jemand sauber macht - das heiße Tee-Wasser war sogar mal ausgegangen Insgesamt waren die Schalen so spärlich gefüllt, dass nichts ider fast nichts mehr drin war. - Auswahl der Speisen des Frühstücks : unterdurchschnittlich Die Halbpension-Gerichte waren gut, aber die Käsespätzle von der Karte waren geschmacksleer und das Fett schmeckte seltsam, welches sich unten im Teller gesammelt hatte. Die Spätzle schmeckten auch seltsam. Die Tatsache, dass hier Hunde auf den Zimmern und im Restaurant bringt natürlich auch gewisse Nachteile mit sich. Morgens wird man von Hundegebell (beziehungsweise. Gejaule) geweckt und beim Frühstück hechelt der "Regen nass stinkende Hund" unter dem Nachbartisch. Wer das nicht gewöhnt ist, dem fällt es schwierig, dabei zu essen. Da kann der Hund auch noch so lieb schauen. Das Personal war für dieses Preissegment (bis auf die Personen der Betreiberfamilie selbst) eher herablassend. Die Mimik der Frau, die wir am ersten Tag unserer Ankunft nach der Abendkarte fragten, musterte meine Freundin zuerst sehr geringschätzend von oben bis unten. Natürlich waren wir nicht "in Gala", da wir 7 Stunden Autofahrt hinter uns hatten.Trotzdem sind wir zahlende Gäste. WLAN im Zimmer nur in der Nähe der Tür zuverlässig. Auf dem Bett oder am Tisch : ständige Abbrüche. Fazit : Für fast EINTAUSEND Euro für 3 Übernachtungen und ein bisschen Essen war ich wirklich enttäuscht und hätte mehr erwartet. Für ein paar wenig Euro mehr hätten in das Kempinski gehen können. Dort hätte dann wenigstens die Kundenfreundlichkeit und das Frühstücksbuffet gestimmt. Sorry, : Harte Worte, aber wahre Worte.

De informerade inte om att middagen på Ruhetag kostade 20€ extra per person. För oss blev avgiften dyrare än maträtten den dagen eftersom vi valde en enklare maträtt på grund av Ruhetag. Hade vi vetat detta hade vi ätit någon annanstans den dagen.

Eine Oase der Ruhe und Aufmerksamkeit für Bergfreunde

Ein sehr gut geführte, liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus, das über Jahrzehnte zu seiner heutigen Gestalt finden konnte. Alpenländischer Stil, traditionsbewusst, bereichert durch einen nicht zu großen Wellness-Bereich inkl. Indoor-pool. Hinterm Haus mit Waldblick finden sich herrliche Ruheplätze; sogar eine kleine Kneippanlage ist dabei. Grkrönt wird das alles mit einer direkten Gelegenheit zum "Waldbaden" - ebenfalls hinterm Haus. Mietbare Einzelgaragen sind zudem keine Selbstverständlichkeit und Motorradfahrer werden es zu schätzen wissen. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit Bayerischer Schmankerl-Karte! HP auch zubuchbar. Schließlich rundet der lustige Papagei "Coco" das Ganze ab, aber ohne zu stören.
