Refurbished ,comfortable first floor flat has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable contemporary living/dining area, internet and lift access.
Metered on street parking. Free at nights and weekends. On street parking is available free of charge a short walk out of town.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful flat in Edinburgh! It was even more spacious than the photos suggested, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed visit. The kitchen was so thoughtfully organized — it made finding things a breeze. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the large, open living room where we could spread out and get settled. The surrounding neighborhood was lovely and peaceful, and it was a scenic 25-minute walk to Old Town. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

Wonderful 3 night stay in the heart of Edinburgh. Could not have asked for a more dreamy and beautiful location. Easily walkable to all the major sites, and fantastic food, but still tucked away on the quiet and serene Dean's village. Zero complaints, unit had all we needed and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 2 adults 2 teens. Perfect trip. Thank you for having us!

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The location is excellent. The location was perfect for us and the neighborhood is charming! The one negative is the hot water in the shower didn’t work. Hopefully the host will attend to this issue. We highly recommend this property IF the hot water issue is resolved.

This property is on a quiet, lovely location. It is just steps from the Water of Leith Walkway, St. Bernard's Well. Sleep was wonderful, you don't hear any noise outside. The flat had everything we needed, very comfortable and extremely clean. The location is ideal, close to Patisserie Florentin, excellent for breakfast, pastries, coffee. Susan was an excellent host, very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

It's very pleasant to arrive in this apartment, it's clean, the beds are made, some biscuits, wine and milk are waiting for us. We have the felling of being welcomed by good friends ! This Dean Village apartment was absolutely ideal for our "never been to Edinburgh" weekend adventure...an extension to our Ireland hiking excursion. The apartment was wonderful, with all the required amenities, most comfy beds, towel warmer; well equipped kitchen. Dean Village was such an ideal location - out of the hubbub, yet easy to walk to everything...from Edinburgh Castle to the Museum of Modern Art, while we zig-zagged through local streets, discovering good pubs and fun dining treats. Susan truly has thought of everything, ensuring a home-away-from-home 5-star experience.

This property was very quaint. The hallways of the building were quite run down, but the suite was not. Note: the suite is on the first floor, but you have to go up 1 flight of stairs as you enter on the ground level. It was comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen, with some treats waiting for us. Updated kitchen and bathroom. The location was within walking distance of the areas we visited, we put on a lot of miles!! We would definitely recommend others to stay in this great spot if you want to stay in a historical spot in Edinburgh.

A lovely, clean, well-decorated flat in a charming area, away from the hustle and bustle of main Edinburgh. Be prepared to walk a lot, but everything in the city is very accessible, and we especially enjoyed Stockbridge.

Lovely clean flat perfect for a stay visiting friends and family and taking in the Fringe. Very well equipped kitchen plus lots of nice touches all round the flat making it feel more like a home than a rental. Took a few goes to get the lock box open, but minor issue. Instructions for checking in and finding free parking were perfect. One thing to be aware of regarding the location - be ready for lots of tourists outside at all hours!

What a wonderful apartment in a trendy spot. I can’t imagine a nicer place to stay in Edinburgh, roomy, well appointed, convenient and walkable to the heart of the action, and a great host. Susan repeatedly helped answer questions, made a few accommodations for us and has created a gem in Dean Village, highly recommended, I hope we can return!
