Spacious. Location was great. Clean. Rapid response regarding an issue that came up.
Fire doors for all rooms requiring them being closed due to heaviness was rough. If the handles were different the doors would not have been so difficult to open due to heavy fire doors-that was particularly hard for our younger kids. Parking was challenging and expensive.

The location.
The broken blinds, no curtains in two of the bedrooms. No cutlery. Used pants on top of the wardrobe. Excessive noise from neighbours. And the cooker didn't work. Window in back bedroom couldn't be shut. I would not stay again as it was not practical with children.
