Location, Cleanliness, Ease of Access to attractions.
The attitude of the staff from where we picked up our key card. That we were located on top of a building site. The woman at the Grove House Hotel gave us the wrong directions to the property resulting in us walking around in circles in the middle of a heatwave.

La posizione era perfetta. A pochi minuti a piedi la fermata dell’autobus che ti porta in aeroporto e 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. L’appartamento è piccolino ma dotato di tutto il necessario.
Purtroppo gli ultimi giorni abbiamo ricevuto una scarsa assistenza in quanto avevamo chiesto di fare un late check-out ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta.

The facilities are great, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has shampoo and conditioner which was great. The bed was a bit stiff but comfortable.
The customer service was not the best. I requested extra pillows because the ones provided were really thin and not comfortable at all. At first my message was ignored and I had to follow up and after being told my request was noted I was ignored for the rest of the day, good thing I didn't need anything urgent like toilet paper.
