O apartamento é confortável, exatamente como nas fotos, bem equipado. 2 quartos, camas confortáveis. A localização é boa, apesar de não tão próxima da Old town. Perto de supermercados e vários restaurantes. Recomendo e ficaria novamente.
O apartamento fica no terceiro andar, o que pode ser um problema para quem tem problemas com mobilidade. O aspecto do prédio não é dos melhores. E o banheiro um pouco apertado, mas nada que possa retirar o mérito do apartamento. Falta suporte no banheiro para colocar amenidades.

El apartamento estaba muy bien por dentro, reformado con una cama extra grande y otra de matrimonio, el comedor estaba junto a la cocina y estaba bastante bien, lo único que no nos gustó mucho fue el cuarto de baño, un poco pequeño, apenas te podía mover
El cuarto de baño y el edificio en sí, muy viejo y muy sucias las escaleras.

Very clean and close to the city center. Prompt action on the request. An issue with the heating system has been solved rapidly. The deposit has been returned after 3-4 days. The initial writing condition in confirmation was about 7 days.
The procedure for paying the deposit is a bit complicated, but I finally managed to do it. The Staricase needs improvements.
