Great location. Spacious. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Responsive hosts.

Unfortunately a storm had caused some electrical damage which meant the electricity kept going off. The owners did their best to assist from a distance, and were as helpful as they could be, really. Also maybe consider some new pans?

Good location, very clear instructions from the host and good communication. Lovely comfortable apartment, very clean and well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood but shops and pubs just at the end of the road. Easy to hop on a bus into town.

Location was great ! Proximity to Princess street that leads to all major attractions whether it be old town or new town . We walked everywhere but transit was available near by if needed . Also the convenience of having a lot of space rather than just a hotel room is our preferred way to travel . We are not new to this type of lodging so we know we can get surprises but this place was humble and very spacious even if not highly modern and the host provides all that is required . Plenty of towels but we were only 2 staying in this 2 bedroom flat . Second bedroom is small bed so not really for two adults but could accommodate two children . Kitchen is spacious and everything was functional .Bathroom was perfect , hot water worked perfectly , nice bathtub for a good relaxation after a full day of walking and the second power room bathroom practical . Also great little extras provided like shampoo , body wash , hand soap , hair dryer , books , coffee and little treats when we arrived . Karyn the host was easily available via text and responded quickly to messages . We had a delightful stay here . Need to mention that I specifically chose this place because it was a few steps down from street level and not 2-3 flights up so I forfeited a place with a view for not having to climb up steps and have no regrets because we did a lot of step climbing on our walks .

The carpeting in the bedrooms and hallway .. I just don’t find carpeting hygienic even if it was clean but loved the wood floors in kitchen and entrance . The door with 2 key lock can be tricky … need to turn them simultaneously to get door opened . Highly recommended putting in pad key locks .
