The beds were very comfortable.
Not bad location.
Staff nice but did not fix blind.
Bathroom tiny. Shower too small. One bedroom good the other ridiculous. Couldn't get into wardrobe, too near end of bed. Told staff blind was broken in lounge. Promised someone would come to fix. No-one actually did. The apartment ok for 2 nights but would not like to stay longer than that.

Great flat. Being honest though not sure the toilet / bathroom meets building regs! I’m only 6 foot but struggled to use the toilet

I liked the location and how close it was to everything we needed to get to.

Blind fell down from me opening it.
Bedcover was ripped.
Pillows were sweat stained
When anyone opened the communal door the apartment door was rattling sounding like someone was trying to open it.
No smart TV but a smart TV remote.
Expanding foam filling in gaps around the skirting board in the main bedroom.
Cracked window frame in living room.
