The place was great and convenient, but unfortunately with storm Amy, I had to cut my stay short.

The room was small but had everything you needed including a small fridge. The bed was comfortable as well.

The shower didn't have a soap/shampoo holder, so you had to put your shampoo and soap on the ground.

Very nice room. Fridge with milk and water in. Although they said there was no breakfast, they gave us instant oatmeal pots. Lovely walk into town along the coast.

Beautiful place wonderful hosts

The property was awesome. Clean and well maintained. Easy to walk to town. They had juice everyday in our refrigerator and coffee pods and tea. With fresh milk.

The shower was tricky. But there was plenty of hot water when it finally would start.

One Night in Oban

Location superb. It was warm- no fan in the room. No glasses - plastic cups. That sucks. Bed was so-so. Shower was anemic at best. Old place that still needs some TLC (and a few bucks).

If this experience is what you are looking for, the Premier Inn is a better choice.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. A very pleasing view and close to town.

We have subsequently learned that this property is on the market for £1.5M, which may well be a realistic price. Clearly the owners are not running the place and appear to have entrusted this to a skeleton crew. In what dealings we had with them they were veryhelpful. The property is clearly designated "room only" which is pretty much what you get, although there is water, juice, milk, etc. provided. Reviews on the website are very misleading if written before last season, which is ultimately the basis of our disappointment with our stay.

The property was quite central and in a very quiet location. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities were good. Shower was good.

Unfortunately the facility didn’t do on site breakfasts. Tv in the room could do to be updated.

Very convenient to catch early Ferry to Mull

For me this was perfect as I wanted a room (with no breakfast) in order to catch the early ferry to Mull. Very friendly staff on arrival, place to park, easy to walk into town.

Reasonable value: small room but comfortable bed.

It is in a great location. Although breakfast is not provided the tea and coffee and biscuits were appreciated. I found lots of restaurants, though I was glad of the car as it was cold and rainy. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The owner was friendly on the telephone.

The owners/managers were not there, but a very nice lady turned up and stood in for them. The room is quite small but it had everything I needed. The parking was a bit of a challenge.

great location in a beautiful house with comfy rooms.

the guesthouse has a great location, we loved seeing the bay from our window. It is a more quiet part of town, but not too far to walk everywhere. The parking was also appreciated, as was the comfy bed.

The walls seem to be pretty thin, you can hear people talking in the next room and when other people shower.

The staff were lovely and friendly and the room was a good size and very comfortable with everything we needed. Spotlessly clean.

An outstanding guest house, very well appointed rooms, and it was spotlessly clean. A great location out along the Esplanade, and easy walking distance to the town centre. We really liked the complimentary fresh orange juice & fresh milk, plus a good choice of teas & coffee.

A single and part-used toilet roll for two peoplw for three days/nights. No more conventional teabags supplied after two cups on arrival. No mat for a very slippery shower. A duvet not wide enough for the bed!! Low quality furnishings in light plywood
