We thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was very spacious and had lots of lovely touches left for us on arrival. The milk, orange juice and breakfast porridge left was a lovely touch
Our only downfall was it was extremely noisy outside both mornings. 3 men sat on their motorbikes right outside with their engines running for 10/15 minutes. Also the other guests staying in the property kept letting the doors slam shut every day. We hardly got a good sleep at all on both nights! This is not the company’s fault, it was just inconsiderate guests.

This was a great place to stay just a 5-10 minute down main thoroughfare from central Oban. Appeared to be brand new or very recently refurbished. Has small refrigerator and excellent bed. We stayed three nights and kept our car parked onsite. Even had juices, waters and snacks included in the price.
I liked everything about the property.

nice location, clean and tidy
Unable to open door to bathroom unless you are a contortionist. Door did not open fully. Car parking away from room. Room only, no other lounge or sitting area.
