Friendly family run modern apartment with great view in easy reach to Bolzano.

Anna was so nice and friendly. She took very good care of us, helping us get our free visitors passes and explaining the bus. The apartment we had was spotless clean and cozy. It was recently updated. The view to the mountains and balcony were super. The location was great, outside of the hustle of Bolzano,yet within easy reach.

Great location, excellent family run hotel, close to the road network. Perfect during vacation.

Clean room, good breakfast, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The young lady behind reception was always smiling and helpful. The lady organising breakfast was always happy and smiling in the morning when she welcomed you to breakfast. The staff in the bar and restaurant area were polite, chatty and always smiling. Excellent hotel during our tour of the Italian Alps.

Friendly, comfortable and great location

Friendly, welcoming staff and delicious breakfast with a lot to offer those that prefer savoury breakfast, served in a nice atmosphere. From the terrace there is a beautiful view to the mountains. The room was very comfortable and I loved the terrace overlooking the beautiful snow capped mountains. A short bus ride or bike ride to Bolzano. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Also for bike riding the area is amazing.. lots of bike lanes that wind through beautiful apple orchards, vineyards, castles, along the river. Really beautiful

The room was bright and nice :D breakfast was good as well, however, it would be appreciated if the cheese is not on the same dish with the ham or meat products, also different tongs should be provided only for cheese ( since vegetarians find this hard)

A pochi passi da Bolzano, ma lontano dal trambusto della città

Host gentilissima e molto disponibile a fornire informazioni e consigli pratici. Appartamento nuovissimo, come tutta la struttura, spazioso e ben illuminato, dotato di tutti i servizi e comfort. Situato in una zona molto verde e silenziosa con ampio parcheggio e in buona posizione servita anche da mezzi pubblici, con fermata a pochi metri dalla struttura, che possono essere utilizzati gratuitamente con apposito QR code rilasciato dal Residence.

Ottima struttura vicino a Bolzano. Tutto nuovo e ben tenuto. Personale gentilissimo. Collegamenti con la città ottimi tramite autobus con la fermata appena fuori dalla struttura.

Ottima esperienza.

Disponibilità dello staff, Anna in particolare, appartamento nuovo, ottimamente rifinito, con ampio bagno, balcone e terrazza. Apprezzato anche l'omaggio di un pass per utilizzare gratuitamente i mezzi pubblici. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliare caldamente questa struttura.

Un pochino difficoltoso trovare un locale per fare la prima colazione. Il bar della struttura apre solo nel pomeriggio.

Comme loin de Bolzano nous avons profité d'un très bon restaurant : l'Angolo à 5 min.

La chambre très confortable, moderne et propre. Le bar fermé le dimanche mais le personnel nous as très bien accompagné et conseillées. Excellent accueil pour notre moto !! 👍

L'emplacement car difficile d'accès de Bolzano car l'accès se fait par des tunnels et ça circule pas mal. Pas loin d'une laverie donc patrique pour les motards.

L'apartament està prou bé, és bastant nou i amb una bona terrassa i vistes a les muntanyes. Bona insonorització. Té un bar a la planta baixa on pots prendre un coktail a la tarda-vespre. Si vas en cotxe té aparcament privat i no cal patir per aparcar.

A la cuina li falta un microones/forn i una torradora de pa. Tampoc té rentadora. Està a un quart d'hora al sud de Bolzano, però una mica allunyat de les principals atraccions de les Dolomites, que estan al nord de Bolzano i com a mínim a mitja hora en cotxe.

Top appartement! Sterk aan te raden.

Locatie was top met gratis parkeerplaats voor de deur. Ook de bushalte voor de deur. Je kreeg gratis buskaartjes voor de hele duur van je verblijf!! We verbleven in kamer Stelvio en die had een enorm grote balcon. Het was een super mooi en ruim appartement nagenoeg nieuw. Prachtige badkamer en ruime huiskamer, prima keuken met vaatwasser en comfortabele slaapkamer. Een supermarkt op loopafstand en ook een goed chinees restaurant. Overal elektrische luiken voor de ramen. Anna (de gastvrouw) bedankt we hebben genoten van ons verblijf.
