The accomodation was modern, clean. The complimentary Bolzano Bolzen card was awesome, allowing us to travel on just about all public transport including many cable cars for free.

Perfect location. Cosy and comfortable. Great for family. Easily accessed and comms excellent.

Amazing location, spotlessly clean and with fabulous host Dorotea - can’t imagine a better place to stay in spectacular Bolzano!

Nothing to complain about regarding the property. It was expensive but we were there at a peak time and I simply can’t fault the property at all - Dorotea was terrific!

The apartment was great. Clean. Spacious. Appreciate the elevator to get luggage upstairs after initial stairs to elevator level.

Prior to our arrival, communication was excellent, comprehensive and very clear. We arrived late (outside the published hours) and the host made us feel comfortable that we would have no problems getting into the apartment as access is via a door code and the instructions we received was very clear. Access is via the stairs, or lift which does still require the use of some stairs, which may be a consideration for those with accessibility requirements. We arrived by train at about 11pm and the walk from the station to the apartment took about 10-15 minutes (with 2 young children) and was on well lit pavements and felt very safe and secure. The location is right in the centre of the old town and there is so much to see and do just in the town. We used it as a base to get out and about, which is really easy with the great public transport links via train and buses. We did extensive travelling and was out and about for much of every day. The apartment itself was clean and tidy upon arrival and is spacious and well laid out. Maximum occupancy is 6 when using the double sofa bed in the lounge/dining area. We were 2 adults and 2 children, so used the two rooms. There was more than enough space to spread out and relax and we never got in each other's way, even with 2 young children who had plenty of room to play. The cupboards were well stocked to cooking and eating crockery/utensils the there is a hob, oven and microwave. There is also a fridge and freezer. We didn't want to cook, so ate out every night, but we did have breakfast in the apartment, which was straight forward as there is a well stocked supermarket just a few doors down. The bedrooms are a good size and plenty of room to unpack and spread out. The beds are very comfortable and also a good size. I really hate when you have a "double" bed and end up lying on top of each other, which was not the case here.

Nothing so to speak and I am being really picky now, but it would be nice to have two single beds in the second bedroom, so our children can have their own bed. We did know that before we arrived and it wasn't a big issue. A few more coat hangers in the bedrooms would have been useful and the air conditioning is in the main living area, but not the bedrooms, so we had to leave the doors open at night. This wasn't a big problem and I am really having to think of things to write here.

We had a wonderful stay in Bolzano! The apartment exceeded our expectations it was extremely clean, spacious, and very well-equipped. The room had a lovely skylight that brought in beautiful natural light, and the presence of a washing machine was a big plus during our travels. Access to the apartment was incredibly convenient, located right in the middle of the shopping district on the main road, just next to Zara. Everything we needed was within walking distance from restaurants to stores and even a famous gelato shop just a few steps away. Parking was also hassle-free, with a clean and secure underground garage only a few steps away from the apartment. The air-conditioning kept the place cool and comfortable during the warm days, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Our kids especially enjoyed both the apartment and the easy access to nearby shops. It was the perfect base for exploring Bolzano. We truly had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.
