Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, sauber, durchdacht. Sehr modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr gute Betreuung. Wenn wir wieder in Bozen sind, buchen wir die Wohnung wieder.

This is a beautiful three double bedroom, three bathroom flat in an excellent city centre location (and very close to a Spar shop).
As with most city centre residences in Italian towns this is in a pedestrian area, but it comes with generous modern underground parking only a very short walk away.
The flat can accommodate six adults with ease.
The instructions we were sent by the host to access the flat were a little complicated, but very clear to follow.

L'appartamento è bellissimo, pulito con una vista super ed è esattamente nel centro di Bolzano vicinissimo a qualsiasi punto di interesse, alle vie per lo shopping.e a diversi ristoranti di discreto livello.
Non è il massimo per comodità di accesso all'appartamento, rampa di 20 scalini all'ingresso per arrivare all'ascensore e troppe chiavi o codici elettronici.
Una chiave per il portone ,un codice per la key box e poi la chiave ascensore e ancora il codice numerico elettronico alla maniglia dell'appartamemto.
Il parcheggio è presso un altro edificio, vicinissimo, ma anche li si cambia stabile con telecomando annesso. È una routine che in vacanza si vorrebbe dimenticare e per me c'è stato l'aggravante dell'ascensore rotto per 4 giorni, che non ha aiutato nel confort.
Ultima pecca, i cuscini che con il peso della testa diventano inesistenti, andrebbero cambiati assolutamente.
