Everything was perfect in this hotel. Highly recommended and definitely book for our next visit as well. Spacious apartment for family. Enjoyed the relaxing environment.

Finding directions could be challenging if you use Google Maps. Better to contact the hotel staff as they will provide the correct coordinates.

Beautiful new apartment with very friendly, considerate host.

The apartments are very new, clean, comfortable and quiet as long as you kept the double-glazed windows closed. Our host was very pleasant and provided clear instructions to find the place (don't follow Google Maps!). He also let us use the complex's washing machine for free. The wifi was fast and reliable and there is ample on-site parking and lovely mountain views.

The rooms became a bit stuffy at night but we didn't want to open the window because of traffic noise from the motorway.

Can’t wait to be back one day :-)

Locations of the property it’s very nice from one side you have wine yard and beautiful mountains from other side is maybe not that spectacular but is also quite nice. The property is brand-new very fresh stunning clean and well equipped We felt sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Our host was so helpful and very friendly. We were travelling with a full family of four adults and two children and there were plenty of space. I’m really recommend this property.

I think there is nothing what I could didn’t like on that property.

We liked that we could arrange everything online. We were warmly welcomed. The host was also willing to provide additional information about shopping, food, and other requests. The apartment was lovely and everything was nicely tidy.

L’appartamento è stupendo, ha tutti i comfort (dal ferro da stiro, ai giochi da tavolo, le cialde del caffè, la lavastoviglie, le asciugamani, una smart tv gigante degna di un cinema, letti comodissimi), ampio balcone con vista montagna, posizione perfetta a 15 minuti da Bolzano Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile

Schönes Apartment mit Blick auf die apfelfelder

Neues Apartment sehr schön eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Utensilien zum spülen etc. Sind vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt .

An einer viel befahrenen Straße gelegen. Zum kochen gibt es keine Gewürze etc. Das muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

افضل مكان سكنت فيه في ايطاليا

سافرت انا وعائلتي 5 اشخاص من الرياض الى ايطاليا وزرت 5 مدن، هذا افضل سكن جلست فيه. 5 ايام، المكان في مزرعة تبعد عن بولزانو 10 دقائق، المواقف مجانية، الانترنت مجاني ويوجد غرفة غسيل ملابس، مرتفع نوعا ما ومطل على جبال خلابة، امن جدا وتعامل الجميع جميل، فعلا كان افضل مكان جلسنا فيه. مالك المكان السيد ماتيو رائع جدا وعنده اصدقاء من ربعنا، من الاماكن القليلة الي انوي الرجوع اليها. المكان هادي جدا ولا فيه مشاكل المواقف والازعاج اللي في المدن مثل بولزانو.

Struttura molto bella, quando si aprono le porte degli appartamenti è da mozzare il fiato!

Parcheggio privato, posizione comoda da raggiungere. Gli appartamenti nuovissimi e arredati da favola, riscaldamento a pavimento gestibile per ogni stanza, cucine attrezzatissime, macchina del caffè con cialde in dotazione molto apprezzata. I materassi di buona qualità, nettamente sopra la media degli alloggi che si trovano in giro. Matteo il proprietario davvero gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

La tenda sul finestrone principale non è oscurante e chi dorme sul divano letto del salone viene svegliato dal sole. Uno specchio in camera sarebbe gradito. La mattina c'erano problemi con l'acqua calda, arrivava solo tiepidina. Tutti piccoli difetti di gioventù della struttura, sicuramente perdonati da tutto il resto e migliorabili con poco impegno.

Comfort e relax

La struttura è lontana dal caos cittadino anche se non troppo. Il giusto compromesso tra divertimento e relax. Le stanze sono ampie ed è dotata di tutti comfort (come il phon professionale). La cucina è super attrezzata, letti comodissimi e curata nei minimi dettagli. Poi vogliamo parlare della bellezza? La bellezza che muove il mondo associata ai profumi identificativi della casa! Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare un po’ la zona, sia coi mezzi che con l’auto. Difatti la fermata del bus è a soli 7 minuti a piedi ed è ben collegata con Bolzano. Il bus passa di frequente e fino alle 23. Matteo, l’host, è stato super disponibile e gentile! Nota: troppo economico rispetto ai servizi offerti, caratteristiche e dettagli. Diventerà una magnifica struttura!

Se proprio dobbiamo cercare l’ago nel pagliaio: il viale d’ingresso non è illuminato. Essendo una nuova struttura, in completamento, ci può stare.

Olime perega selles Bolzano lähedal asuvas kohas kahjuks ainult ühe öö. Korter on hästi sisustatud ja täiesti uus. Voodid on mugavad ja maja ümbruses on vaikne. Suur sõidutee on küll lähedal, kuid maja on sellest eraldatud kõrge aiaga. Bolzanosse on lihtne sõita autoga ning on võimalik ka ühistranspordiga. Peremees võttis meid isiklikult vastu ja oli väga abivalmis. Maja juures on piisavalt ruumi parkimiseks ning vaade mägedele on suurepärane!
