Such a stunning apartment

Wow! What a stunning apartment (the 2 bedroom apt.) on a stunning location. One of the most fantastic bookings we’ve had. You can tell they’ve put so much love into the apartment with great eye to detail. It has everything you need, plus it’s very clean. We’ve only stayed for one night.

Keep in mind that there aren’t any restaurants or supermarkets nearby so be sure to bring your own food.

Cozy place in a beautiful village

It is a cozy, charming room, we loved the interior and also the view from the garden. It was easy to communicate with the owner, he was very kind and nice. It is a small village, you can park 1 minute from the house. There are restaurant recommendations, try Locanda Orelli!

Cosy Chalet in the mountains 10/10 recommend

This chalet is a nice experience. The reason why I give a 10/10 is that al standard commercial places become boring over time. This small chalet in the middle of the mountains is the exact opposite. The full wood interior and the low ceiling (I’m 1.83 and nearly touch the ceiling) made it really cosy. The bed is also great.

I would generally prefer to park my car next to the chalet but that is not possible due to the space literally not being there. Honestly, it didn’t matter because the parking is a 1 minute walk down the hill and it’s safe to leave all your stuff in the car.

Not worth the stress

Beautiful, amazing location.

The room was advertised with a kitchen, photo of a kitchen. The manager said this was an accident and the room had only a micro refrigerator which was not plugged in, and a hot water pot. They messaged us that we should bring our own provisions as there isn’t a store or restaurant available. So we bought meat and cheese, milk and eggs, and then there was no way to keep the food from going bad. The manager argued about this mistake in the listing. We also mentioned that we were killing giant black carpenter ants. He again argued and said they don’t have ants. So we had to show a video. Again, he minimized this and said that black ants aren’t harmful. (They have a terrible bite) Tired of arguing with the manager. Take responsibility for poor listing details, and if a renter says there are ants, apologize and say that the housekeeper will set out traps! Done. Easy. Respectful. This manager was exhausting

Cozy, clean, comfortable escape from reality!

This adorable chalet was placed in a fairytale setting. I’ve been wanting to visit Switzerland all my life and this location was perfect!

I cannot say anything negative about the property but be warned that if you are over 5’5” your head will be close to the ceiling. :)

Location the view down the valley, the cow bells singing, and of course the river below rushing down the mountain. The owner was most gracious. He recommended a lovely restaurant 1 km away which was excellent.

Nice and cosy room, pretty romantic. Authentic food and good kitchen. Nice wines. Bedretto as a village is just amazing. Skiing in Airolo is great!

We were traveling with friends. Since they were overbooked and located in a B&B about 1 Mile away, it was not so easy to put kids to bed and still pass the evening together... Management blamed it on booking.com and technical issues. Nice and cosy room, pretty romantic. Unfortunately bathroom was freezing cold. Breakfast was nice but buffet permanently empty. Staff obviously new and untrained

Very basic, room was a little unclean, not much choice for food, especially for children. Paths that led to the chalets were very Icy and dangerous

Spectacular views and very comfortable

Location, location, location! Wow. Breathtaking and yet very easy to get to off the motorway. Lovely spacious chalet for the night with a very comfy bed. Brilliant WiFi connection.

The set menu was basic and most choices for main dish had a substantial supplement. Didn't seem good value for the money - but not stayed in Switzerland before so nothing to compare it with. Breakfast choice limited.

Величезне дякую Mauro за казкові вихідні в абсолютній тиші в Альпах. Затишне шале, продумане до дрібниць. Ми, мабуть, годину тільки роздивлялися оздоблення. Там хочеться слухати тільки тишу. Абсолютний кайф. Власник був турботливим та весь час на звʼязку. Наполегливо рекомендую до відвідування!

Consigliatissimo

Bellissimo chalet, arredato con gusto in un borghetto pittoresco. Magnifici il camino e la cucina. Gestore gentilissimo, ci ha aiutato tempestivamente quando non riuscivamo ad accedere il camino.

Unica piccola pecca, secondo noi, è la scala un po’ troppo ripida per accedere al soppalco.
