Airco is working

The location is in a basement room. Most popular facilities says " parking", how is that possible ?? there is no parking ...and the town has paid parking, at a maximum for 12 hours. Then you contact them that you do not like the room. The help, they let a you rent another place, for the full price. " happy rentals" well not in my book. Be aware that the room doesn´t have a Kitchen, so you have too organize breakfast, with nothing open when we were there. ended up leaving after one night (3 days early). No refund of course

Nice clean and recently renovated room with appropriate private bathroom. We liked that the room hat a fridge and a Water Cooker with two Glasses for Thee and Koffee and two Wine Glasses with an Korkscrew !! The Bed was Comfortable and the Location excellent with good Restaurants and a really fine Bakery in Tegna.

Be aware that the room doesn´t have a Kitchen, so you have too organize Breakfast. We brought two tellers and ate delicously fresh Pastry from Panetteria Peri Fausto (Tegna) at our room. The Church is only 100m from the Appment so bring ear plugs to withstand the Church Bells ringing hourly even at night. With ear plugs and a partially open window I had an undisturbed night.

It was our third time at this place and we will also come a fourth time

As the two times before we stayed here, we enjoyed the comfortable bed, the good shower, the location close to climbing at Ponte Brolla and the quietness. Even though there is no private parking, we were always able to find a parking spot closeby (the furthest away was the train station).

We still miss a sofa for relaxing in the evening. And a toaster for warming some bread (as there is no oven).

Good value for money in beautiful Swiss mountains.

- Great surroundings, - Very kind and helpful owner, - Cleanness and cleanliness, - A lot of space, - Quick Internet, - Free parking space nearby, - Coffee machine, - Basic kitchen utensils.

- A lack of oven and microwave, - A lack of kettle, - Loud A/C unit, - Only touristic (not very comfortable) IKEA chairs, - Relatively small table, - Church bells tolling every 30 minutes.

The room was relatively large and clean. Modern designed and very aesthetic.

Although the room was clean something in the linens slightly bothered us. The feeling was not so pleasant.

Property description mentioned air conditioning but standard room only has ventilator. Fridge needed to be moved to bathroom because it was noisy at night. Bed pads made bed too soft for us. We were missing a fly screen and some dishes.

Very good if you need a nice place to sleep and cook

Communication with host was nice and easy. Good location to go climbing at Ponte Brolla (5 min via car, one train stop). Very quiet. Very comfortable, big bed. A small supermarket is just around the corner.

No comfortable seating to sit and watch TV in the evening. There was no sofa and only a few quite uncomfortable collapsable kitchen chairs. You couldn't even watch TV from the bed. We were lucky with the parking, there are a few spots around. But when we got a visitor later in the evening, he had to park really far away. Plus, public parking is only for 2 hrs. (plus between 7pm and 8am if we remember correctly).

Geniales Zimmer, jederzeit wieder!

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit einem Kühlschrank und in der extremen Hitze sehr toll: Eine Klimaanlage! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert auch das Einchecken verlief reibungslos. Auschecken super einfach! Das Finden der Wohnung war nicht schwer, einfach die ganze Adresse im Navi eingeben - fertig.

Nichts auszusetzen!
