Medieval experience with some modern comfort.

Restaurant and kind staff.

Interesting experience to stay in very old style Inn, but paper thin walls. I could hear everyone’s voice although they were not particularly loud.

A truly bike-friendly guesthouse with outstanding hosts! They go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of. The restaurant is excellent (half-board is available at a very fair price) and the pizza was absolutely top-notch. Highly recommended for cyclists and anyone looking for genuine hospitality.

Comfy cheap and in a great position

The Guesthouse zum Turm is in a great position to reach Andermatt in a few minutes by Bus (which is free of charge). The bus stop is located a few steps away from the guesthouse's door! The owners are super friendly, the breakfast was more than enough with cheese and salami, Nutella, nuts, dried fruits, yogurt and bread! The room was pretty small but it had everything one needs! The Guesthouse was in general extremely clean and well kept! Maybe the walls are a bit too thin and one can hear easily! I am very sensitive to that, but I must say, I was there for three nights and I've heard nothing from neighbors rooms!

Nice and cosy guesthouse, friendly staff, good dinner and breakfast, ideal location. We will be happy to stay again.

The pillows were too flat and not any extra were available. But we could use the extra wool blanket to place it below the pillow, so after all it worked well.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation met my expectation and I felt at home. The room was tidy, clean, and warm. Hospental is a cute small village with an impressive old bridge, river, and stunning views. I would certainly book again.

The guesthouse is 15 min walk from the cross-country paths, thus not very convenient for a quick break while skiing. Food could be better.

We can recommend using the sauna in the facility. It is very spacious and cozy. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Superb

I was traveling around by bicycle and happened to find this hostel. It was a pretty comfortable stay and I ended up staying there for another 2 nights. The hosts were welcoming and caring, and it was convenient enough for the price as Andermatt was close enough by bike for shopping. I would stay there again.

Die alten Möbel im Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Unterkunft sehr gepflegt.

Sehr kleine Dusche am Gang- man muss die Tür öffen um sich umziehen zu können. WC auch am Gang. Sparsames Frühstück: 1 Semmel wird dem Gast zugeteilt, eine zusätzliche Scheibe Brot per Anfrage, kein Wasser, kein Saft, usw. Da am Donnerstag Ruhetag ist Check-out bereits um 9Uhr, der Check-in ist aber erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist.

Podobało mi się zaangażowanie i zainteresowanie właścicielki, jej towarzystwo przy śniadaniu. Śniadanie - smaczne. Pokój - przestronny. Łóżko - wygodne. Widok z okna na uroczy dom (Zob. zdjęcie). Lokalizacja jest super. Blisko do dworca. W okolicy średniowieczna wieża z punktem widokowym na całą okolicę (Zob. Zdjęcie). Wzdłuż rzeki można iść na spacer i podziwiać otaczające góry. Przepiękne formacje skalne. Dużo zieleni. Spacerkiem można przejść się do Andermatt (Zob. Zdjęcie)

Versleten matras (in kamer nr1), 1 veer was eruit gesprongen en drukte tegen het been. Erg gehorig ivm krakende houten vloeren, je hoort iedereen lopen. En omdat het toilet en douche gedeeld worden blijft het rumoerig, ook daardoor nauwelijks geslapen. Zeer summier ontbijt met 1 broodje. En als je dan vraagt voor nog iets krijg je een sneetje bruin brood. Parkeren moet op 100m afstand, slechts enkele plekken beschikbaar en erg in het zicht naast een rotonde. Durfde de auto daar uit gevaar voor diefstal cq inbraak niet neer te zetten.
