Excellent hotel in Riale. Will be back ;-)

Perfect location for cross country skiing in Riale. Tracks right in front of the hotel. Friendly, courteous beautiful happy staff. Room was comfortable, clean, quiet at night, slept well. Breakfast was great. Onsite restaurant. Parking onsite too. Sauna was top.

The location is great. You can find the ski area just infront of the hotel and all the ski accessories for rent.. you can also request for a ski coach in a very affordable price.

Great spot to explore the area of Riale on foot and on skis!

Aalts Dorf is in a very northern part of Piedmonte. After we checked in we realised that basically after Riale - you're *in* the mountains and it's perfect to walk for kilometres without seeing any traffic. It is so peaceful! Aalts Dorf is in the perfect place to explore (ski, walking etc) the area. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant was excellent! We also enjoyed the spa and the sauna!

Clean warm hotel

Carpark in front of hotel, super easy to find the hotel, warm clean room. Nice restaurant with good dinner.

Nothing to mention except dinner service was a bit late...the hotel told us dinner served at 7:30pm...but when we went to the restaurant, the staff including the cook were just started to eat their own dinner , hahaha...cant remember exactly what time it was but around 8:30pm we had our first plate. So next time will have an apero first..

Albergo di montagna gestito in modo eccellente

Personale gentilissimo e premuroso, ottima la camera, eccellente colazione a buffet con prodotti locali della montagna, possibilità di utilizzo della sauna e della vasca idromassaggio all'aperto. Pet friendly.

La vasca idromassaggio aveva qualche problema, dovuto probabilmente alle temperature estremamente basse di questi giorni, ma sono sicuro che presto rimetteranno tutto a posto!

Posizione bellissima, stanza calda e accogliente. Colazione buonissima, staff molto gentile. Molto comoda per chi vuole fare sci di fondo e godersi un po’ di pace e tranquillità.

Se proprio proprio devo mettere qlcs che non mi è piaciuto, ma gusto personale, i cuscini troppo alti (nell’armadio comunque un cuscino più basso era a disposizione)

Un'autentica esperienza alpina da ricordare

Lo staff è competente e accogliente, a tratti coinvolgente. Fin da subito l'atmosfera nella struttura è stata fantastica. Le camere sono molto luminose e calde, pulitissime. I colori e un'arredamento in legno ti danno una sensazione di calma amplificata dall'ottima vista delle camere. Per ogni consiglio su tutte le attività sportive e alpinistiche, lo staff saprà darvi i giusti consigli. Ultima perla, il ristorante davvero eccellente e in generale una proposta enogastronomica autentica, rivisitata nel giusto per renderla interessante. Ogni piatto è ben fatto. Aalts Dorf è il primo contatto obblicato per chi viene a godere dell'Alta Val Formazza.

Ho già avuto modo di lamentare con la struttura la presenza a cena di una scolaresca sregolata il cui ciarlare è stato veramente insopportabile. Né le insegnanti, indegne del compito, né personale della struttura sono intervenuti in alcun modo per sedare il fastidio.

Je m’attendais à mieux car je suis déjà venue plusieurs fois dans cet auberge

La dame qui était à la réception de l’hôtel était très sympathique et serviable. La chambre était propre.

Le personnel du service du soir était très mal organisé. La dame aux cheveux courts était vraiment pas agréable. Elle nous a pressé pour faire notre choix sur la carte . Nous voulions aussi la carte des vins elle a mis beaucoup de temps à nous la donner. Pour finir c’est une jeune fille qui commençait à travailler qui est venue elle était très gentille mais on pouvait sentir le stress la pauvre ne savait pas ouvrir une bouteille de vin nous l’avons aidé. Ce n’était pas ces collègues qui l’aurait aidé car ils étaient tous perdu. D’ailleurs les autres clients à côté de nous on dû aller chercher quelqu’un au bout de 15 min car personne ne venait prendre la commande. La nourriture n’avait aucune saveur, les lasagnes étaient vraiment pas bonnes. Et la polenta était fade. C’était bien dommage. Il manquait vraiment un chef ou une cheffe pour gérer le service du soir et aussi éduquer ses employés.

Paesaggio meraviglioso, ma diversi aspetti da rivedere

Posizione incantevole, immersa nel verde e con un paesaggio davvero suggestivo. Il silenzio e la tranquillità che circondano la struttura rendono il soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante.

Ho soggiornato per una notte presso una delle camere affiliate all’Hotel Pernice (non direttamente nella struttura principale, come correttamente specificato al momento della prenotazione). Tuttavia, mi aspettavo comunque uno standard di accoglienza più preciso e curato, in linea con quello che immagino venga garantito nell’hotel vero e proprio. Al mio arrivo, avevo richiesto una camera con letto matrimoniale, ma ho trovato due letti singoli separati. Solo dopo aver segnalato la cosa, è stato possibile risolvere unendo i letti – una soluzione poco comoda e che avrebbe dovuto essere evitata a monte. Il problema più serio, però, riguarda l’acqua calda: è necessario farla scorrere per diversi minuti prima che inizi ad arrivare, con un conseguente spreco d’acqua assolutamente ingiustificabile. L’ambiente circostante è davvero stupendo e valorizzato da un’atmosfera tranquilla e naturale, ma proprio per questo lo spreco d’acqua stona profondamente con il contesto, risultando ancor più inaccettabile per chi ha a cuore la sostenibilità e il rispetto del territorio. Inoltre, nella camera era presente una televisione estremamente datata e non funzionante. Se non si intende sostituirla, sarebbe quantomeno opportuno rimuoverla: così com’è, è solo un ingombrante prendipolvere che peggiora l’impressione generale della stanza.

Un posto splendido per passare qualche giorno sulla neve con la famiglia

Colazione abbondante e varia, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. L'hotel non potrebbe essere più vicino alla pista da fondo, si trova in una posizione molto bella, con una bellissima vista sul piccolo paese e sulle montagne circostanti

... a voler proprio guardare il pelo nell'uovo, forse l'unica cosa che suggerirei è di smettere di servire a colazione la marmellata monodose (troppa plastica prodotta, ma anche un prodotto un po' troppo industriale per un posto così carino e attento alla cultura e ai prodotti locali)
