A great location and a good place to stay.

Good location and good for a small group stay.

There were a number of broken on none working items, incl the TV and shower (v poor heat control). There were stains and burn marks on the sofa, scuff marks on the wall, a broken bath oanel and worn flooring. I thought it strange that a deposit of £450 was requested after the booking was made and this was not referred to earlier and that payment had to be by debit card and couldn’t be refunded for 5 days.

One of the 3 bedrooms was completely internal, ie it had no windows One shower did not work, despite advising the owner on the second day The TV did not work, despite advising the owner on the second day Overall, it was a little tired around the edges The external entrance via the stairs was unkept (weeds growing, cigarette butts, etc)

Spacious for five of us. The location is great. Most facilities are very clean, the kitchen, the rooms, and the beds. The customer services is very helpful. When we need help, the response is timely and helpful.

If I know there is a staircase to walk down apartment, I would not bring big luggage with me. One of the washing basin in toilet did not work. The wifi did not cover rooms.

Not good at all.

Good location

Access to the flat is via metal stairs, they need cleaning with a jet was as the are covered in moss/ silt and are very slippery when wet. Cigarettes are hanging out of a ash tray mounted on the wall, old doors are stored under the stairs. The laminate flooring is blown and coming apart in areas, black moult around the front doors. Both bathrooms are bad. Black mould everywhere in both showers and tick dirt around the bottom of the shower screens. Has potential to be good but it’s in desperate need of works to resolve the mould and other issues.

Fine location in Clifton. Close to bridge and easy for travel into the city

The property is described as being entirely on the ground floor. It is not. It is a basement flat accessed via 14 steps. This was very difficult with elderly parents and not expected nor as described. Unfortunately use of the steps spoiled our stay.

Shockingly bad

Location was good and flat was quiet

The flat is in very poor repair, including the floor and steps to outside, which are both a trip hazard. It was dusty, the mattresses and pillows were stained, there were no tea towels or dishwasher tablets, despite me checking before hand that there would be and there was no cutlery basket in the dishwasher anyway! The outside spaces were filthy and covered in cigarette ends (despite it being a no smoking apartment) and shockingly there was ant powder all around the single room. That room was tiny and had no ventilation which I'm not sure is legal. I have complained to the management company who obviously have not inspected the premises for a very long time.

I would definitely book this accommodation again as it ticked all the boxes

The location was perfect and I managed to get a parking place. The apartment was very large and spacious with tastefully decorated rooms. It was very comfortable and spotless. It had a large outdoor space which was a bonus.

The WiFi was poor. It only, albeit poorly, worked in the sitting area but was non existent in the bedroom. I had difficulty getting into the room due to a misunderstanding over the keypad. Due to Covid I could only speak to someone over the phone and therefore things got a bit lost in translation.
