Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Spacious.
The outside space needs a bit of attention as mouldy carpet outside and a bucket of mouldy water with cigarette butts in just outside the door. shower was blocked so flooded the bathroom floor.

Easy to access and spacious for 5 of us. High ceilings and plenty of lights. Good access to Bristol centre. Internals cleaned to an exceptional standard. Host communicated fantastically before and during the stay.
Some rubbish was left from previous group outside. Can be a little noisy at night.

It was nicely designed, modern and clean
It needs some maintenance and the entrance was very off putting. You enter the building around the back where a metal entrance gate was hanging half off its hinges and was difficult to get through with some open rubbish bags. It didn’t feel safe. Inside various things were broken and need mending or replacing. We found the key to the patio doors to the garden was snapped in half so we couldn’t open the doors and it was a very hot day.
