I liked how central it was, the location was perfect. Great facilities to cook with and in general. Loved the touch of coffee and tea. The staff were also lovely when I spoke with them on the phone.

It could have been slightly cleaner and it was smaller than expected.

Clean and spacious, main beds comfy, nice to have some outdoor space

The coffee machine didnt work and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Also the wifi was very bad, making the tv unwatchable

Apartment was clean and well equipped. The location is good for the City and Temple Meads Station. It is a 7min walk from the Cabot Circus shopping mall. It was very quiet and our flat had a minimum of stairs.

The front security gate was not always properly locked.

Affordable value for money, very good and central location with ample space and room to move. The apartment itself was nice

One door to the patio did not operate and appeared to not work, and the patio itself was very dirty, was occupied by broken furniture and not well kept. The floors were very dirty, so much so that we had to change out socks multiple times because of the grime. The sinks and toilets would block repeatedly and the shower is in need of refurbishment (shower heads covered in limescale that does not allow water to flow properly and the entrance to the shower is narrow and almost inaccessible if you are not remotely slim. The beds themselves were okay but the mattresses were brown and stained - toenails were found in and on the sofa and the connection point for the sofa bed was broken so could not be used properly. The security gate to the property is broken and can simply be accessed by pushing it.
