Great property for a big group, communication from the owners is also really good! Clean and lots of basic amenities, generous amount of towels, kitchen utensils etc. Aswell as tea and coffee which you don’t always get!

Some of the beds are airbeds / floor beds, which was fine because we were drunks 😅 but it wasn’t advertised

There was a for sale sign when we pulled up which threw us off in terms of if we had come to the right place. 3 bathrooms is also quite tight for 18 people.

The house was amazing and certainly has the wow factor. All of the rooms were clean and super spacious. The kitchen going out into the garden was great for meal times as it was a lovely sunny weekend. The location is fab and within a 2 minute walk there are some really lovely independent cafes and coffee shops and it was a short taxi ride into town. Everyone had a great time and would be keen to stay again!

There are a few stairs in the property- but that can’t be helped. I’d maybe recommend having a guest book for guests to complete at check in/ out

Good cooking facilities and well kitted out for large groups. The living room and kitchen also had sufficient seating for that number. The cleaning staff were friendly.

The bed allocation per room upon arrival was not as described in the 'accommodation type'. We had prepared accordingly for the following, and I had also messaged about our head count in advance. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (in actuality - 1 single bed) Bedroom 3: 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed (in actuality - 1 double bed) Bedroom 4: 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed (in actuality - 2 single beds) Bedroom 5: 3 single beds (in actuality - 2 single beds) Bedroom 6: 3 single beds (in actuality - 2 single beds) Bedroom 7: 1 double bed 14 beds listed but 10 on arrival. --- We had planned for everyone to have their own bed but instead we had to hastily rejig, the cleaning staff returning quickly to make up three additional camp beds. Even though the situation was somewhat rectified before the arrival of the majority of the guests this created undue stress. A note also that the single and double beds were much narrower than standard dimensions. We were missing a blind or frosted glass in the top floor bathroom which meant we had to wedge a towel over it in the evening for modesty. Bed issues aside we had a phenomenal time. We were able to leaving our bags in the premises longer than checkout time which was appreciated.

The size of the property and space was fabulous for my niece’s hen do! Loved the kitchen area and huge table which was perfect for 13 of us to sit together. Facilities were good and 3 bathrooms perfect for the number of females present! Bedrooms were spacious and had good amenities - the beds were comfortable but very small. The bed linen was gorgeous and bath towels huge! Lots of home comforts provided like loo roll, a couple of dishwasher tablets and bin bags (take extras to save buying from the expensive petrol station!). Great location out of the city - nice and quiet. Taxis were easy to come by as was food that was delivered. Parking was ample. Such a shame that we had lots of rain and didn’t get to use the lovely garden. Overall, it was great for what we wanted and we had a wonderful weekend. Thank you!

The touchpad ceiling lights were a challenge to work and didn’t work at all on one floor rendering one bedroom completely unlit. Dustbin and recycling were rammed full from previous guests and not adequate for the size of the property . Email comms about both issues went to junk and therefore missed, but who has time for email when away for 2 nights?! Third bed on top floor was tiny and unsuitable for an adult and the sash windows have seen better days - we got them open on the top floor but struggled to get them closed again when the rain came.

Dangerous drop from entrance for cars coming in to park. More readily available instructions for digital keys to rooms could be available as house were afraid to be locked out rooms so avoided locking rooms all together
