Nice Apartment, would not stay again

Apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, pretty central location.

I paid the full cost upfront and then when I arrived I had to pay another £150 as a deposit to the venue. Parking was not included so had to venture around to find a place at a reasonable distance. Getting into the actual apartment is a nightmare, the step by step guide just didnt help, the digital keypads didnt light up and I had to call customer services to work it out. Half way through the night, about 2am it sounded like the door was being kicked in, I got out of bed to find out what it was and it was a noise coming from near the radiator in the bathroom, it was extremely loud went on for about 10 minutes until it went quiet again.

A comfortable, modern apartment in a great location.

The apartment is like new, with quality appliances. Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. We paid the extra £30 for parking in the buildings underground car park, well worth it to be able to park a few yards from the lift that took us close to the door of the apartment. As we are elderly, this was important to us, no wind swept car park or long corridors. The location couldn't be better, close to shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the city center. The management were easy to communicate with, which all helped to make it a relaxing week-end.

Great apartment!

Great location, beautiful spacious and comfortable. Easy to find, great private parking and beautiful views. Brilliant value for money.

Showers in the top rooms didn't drain very well and surfaces were a bit dusty but reported and the owners replied swiftly and are rectifying.

Great location, comfy beds and decent value for money. The issues identified were rectified.

Stale smoke smell in the living area, distinct lack of glassware with only two wine glasses and two tumblers for a 4 person flat. Damaged ironing board, poor communication on WhatsApp and stains on the mattress protector.

Nice apartment but not enough parking for everyone!

⚠️ Important notice regarding the reservation Please be aware that after booking, the property will ask you outside of Booking.com, via their own link, to provide: • an ID (I provided my driving licence with the number hidden), • a selfie, • your signature, • and your bank card details to take a £300 security deposit. Without providing this information, no access code is given to enter the apartment. I contacted Booking.com, and they told me I could proceed, although they normally recommend never sharing personal or banking details outside the platform. As this was a non-refundable reservation, I had no real choice. Otherwise, I would have cancelled. 🚗 Parking – very disappointing The listing states “Highlight: private indoor parking”, but after booking, they ask for £10, with no guarantee of getting a space. In the end, I never got a parking spot. I planned not to use my car during the stay and to do everything on foot, but public parking is expensive and restrictive. The best option was Wapping Wharf Car Park (PayByPhone 7909) at £13.50 for 24 hours, but you cannot stay longer without moving the car. I then had to alternate with The Grove Car Park (RingGo 2765), where you pay from your arrival time until 9:00 a.m. maximum, no 24-hour option, and it is more expensive. 🏠 The apartment The apartment is clean, modern, and pleasant. However, please note that the property owns several apartments, and the photos do not always exactly match the one you are assigned (different view, floor, etc.). We were on the ground floor, so no view, but with a large terrace. They also have a penthouse that looks amazing.

My disappointment = immeasurable; Day = ruined

It was warm and spacious

1. Given wrong door code took 1 hr 6 minutes to get in. 2. No hot water for showers, had to use the kettle 3. Lobby smelled like cannabis 4. Cooked rice in my bed 5. The smoke alarm light was so bright it shone directly on the pillows, I could read in the dark did not fall asleep until 3:30am 6. Was only offered a 5% reduction on my next stay as compensation 7. Customer support gave me other client details while on the phone to them.

Bristol at it's best. A prime location with stunning veiws both day and night.

The location looking across the water to the city. Just a brief walk to a multitude of places to eat and even a very good hair salon.The hosts were friendly and very easy going. The enclosed parking with a lift to the apartments was the icing on the cake.

The location, the apartment was neat and tidy, very modern and had everything you would need for a short break. it was close to the city centre but far enough away so the noise did not effect you.

A nice flat that was totally misrepresented in its photos

The apartment was very nice but not at all what we expected given the photos on the Booking.com site. Looking at the building from outside, I didn't see any flats that looked like that, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the harbor. I'm puzzled that the proprietor would post misleading photos when the actual flat was so nice.

Great Bristol city stay

Amazing location - walking distance from many family activities and easy food options - a really good base for a Bristol trip and pretty much everything we needed (note, see below).

For the price we found the supplies rather stingy. 1 dishwasher tablet. 2 rolls of loo paper (not enough for 4 people for 4 days). 2 tea bags and some crappy milk sachets. It wouldn’t cost a lot to add an extra loo roll, tea bags in a jar and a pint of real milk. Also it took us ages to work out that the door keypad is activated by putting your whole palm on it. Take note!

Perfect Harbourside location to explore Bristol and the surrounding area

Location - quiet yet close to Harbourside area. Detailed check in instructions and home manual. Secure access, lift, safe in room. Spotlessly clean, everything fresh and new. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely toiletries. Very comfortable 2 supermarkets, with extended opening hours, within easy 10 min walk.

Pre arrival confusion - Waterside I Luxe appartments (booked) show up on google maps but all check in information was for "Your appartment Wapping Wharf which shows up on google maps as 10 mins walk from Waterside. Had to phone Your appartment to confirm where we were staying ( was the Wapping Wharf appartment). Should Waterside I Luxe be renamed on your site? Warning - hob looks like an induction one but is, in fact, a ceramic hob which heats up very quickly when turned on , even if there is no pan on the ring and takes a long time to cool down. Read the manual!

Good stay in a vibrant city! We love returning home to Bristol!

The property was in a great location near lots of cafes/restaurants with great views of the river! It was very clean and had almost everything needed to make it a very comfortable stay!

There were no towels when we got to the property - not a huge problem but a shower after a long journey is nice and we had to wait for towels to be delivered. The apartment was also very hot even with windows and doors open - perhaps investing in air conditioned apartments will be better than just putting an extremely loud fan in both bedrooms. Also we didn’t have access to the bin store during the visit as the code wasn’t shared - as a family with a young child this would have been advantageous to keep the apartment clean and hygienic!

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We stayed for 10 days as a group of four and were extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite the high cost, the amenities were shockingly limited — we were only provided with 2 tea bags, 1 dish soap, and a small amount of washing machine powder for the entire duration. The cleanliness was unacceptable. There were ants in the bedrooms, and we found blood stains on the sofa bed sheet, which was truly disturbing. The property photos were misleading — there was no view of the river, unlike what was advertised. To make matters worse, cleaning was only done once in 10 days, which is not acceptable for a long stay. Overall, this property is overpriced and misrepresented. I would not recommend it.

Rubbish customer services. Steer clear

Nice property but terrible company to deal with, non existent customer service.

Arrived late afternoon well last check in time to be greeted by cleaners cleaning the apartment and said for me to come back in 40 minutes, just what I needed after hours in bank holiday traffic. Zero ownership or satisfactory resolve when contacting the owners !! Beware, I wont be using again

Voldoende voor een kort verblijf.

Goed geregeld vanaf een afstand: vlotte communicatie. Goede bedden en verder netjes en schoon. De locatie is heel leuk zo dicht bij de haven.

De foto’s op booking zijn erg misleidend. Wij hadden een appartement met balkon (zonder zitje) aan de achterkant van het gebouw met zicht op een drukke weg en zeker niet op de haven of de rivier. Het appartement was door de ligging en de indeling ook vrij donker. We kregen er geen zomers gevoel van.
