Great location. Well-equipped apartment. Good views. Perfect for a weekend break.
The online administration process. I had two cards that were blocked on trying to pay a deposit. One was actually stopped and had to be reissued, which caused administration issues. Surely other people must go through this. It can't be unique to me. They need to make it look less suspicious. They also didn't register that we'd paid for additional checkouts, which obviously caused an issue. So they need to improve the administration.

Being so near to the Harbourside yet it was so quiet , ease of checking in, kitchen facilities, bathroom, toiletries, cleanliness, comfort , large fan. Lift not used this time but an asset. Bus stop to Temple Meads station outside and Uber very efficient for any other trips (we used Gaol Ferry Steps, Cumberland Rd as location)
Space around the end of the bed is tight in the 1 bed appartment

Location
It was not clean on check in and getting hold of someone to clean took 2 days by which point we’d already cleaned most of it. We had to purchase our own dishwasher tablets and washing up sponge.
