The service was superb. We were let down very last minute and had nowhere to stay at 5pm on a Sunday. We found the accommodation on line, booked it and made a call to Your Apartment. They could not have been any more helpful, swift or understanding. The apartment is immaculate and modern with wonderful views of the harbour side, it's location handy for nearly all of Bristol.

Location is great, with parking on request for additional fee
For the apartment I stayed in (#4) the bedroom is opposite the road which was a little noisy and the TVBOXLAB in the lounge lost wi-fi connection occasionally.

Apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, pretty central location.
I paid the full cost upfront and then when I arrived I had to pay another £150 as a deposit to the venue. Parking was not included so had to venture around to find a place at a reasonable distance.
Getting into the actual apartment is a nightmare, the step by step guide just didnt help, the digital keypads didnt light up and I had to call customer services to work it out.
Half way through the night, about 2am it sounded like the door was being kicked in, I got out of bed to find out what it was and it was a noise coming from near the radiator in the bathroom, it was extremely loud went on for about 10 minutes until it went quiet again.
