The admin to check in and communicate re any aspect of the booking was so so complicated. I will never use booking .com again

The location (when we found it!) was fabulous and there was lots of information provided about the flat and the area. The apartments were lovely with excellent views and nice facilities. The underground parking was especially useful.

Nothing was a dealbreaker, we had a lovely time, this is just constructive criticism for the owners/agents. I found it difficult to find the property - Google maps sent me much further down the road and then it took me 15 minutes in traffic to get back to the entrance. An accurate location (eg A Google Maps pin or what3words) would have been very helpful. We had booked a 2-bedroom apartment but due to maintenance we were offered 2 1-bed apartments instead which was not exactly ideal and meant we had even more door codes to try to memorise (one for the building, one for the garage, one for the door from the garage to the building, one for each of the apartment front doors!) The wifi code had a typo which caused me some difficulty on arrival. I did message them about this. There was no spatula (difficult to cook eggs) and some kitchen paper towers would have been really helpful.

Central and comfortable

Bit hard to find, even taxi driver wasn’t sure when he left us off from airport. Dockside apartment didn’t register with them. We eventually saw the YourAppartment

Stunning property in a great location.i thought the beds would be too soft but i slept like a log. The staff were great helpful and able to deal with each issue with the web process problems I experienced

This could easily be an unreserved glowing review but the YA check in process was painful for there on the fifth try over three separate days and five calls. Text could be bigger on emails particularly the check in codes
