We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. Everything was spotless, and the house was equipped with all the appliances and essentials you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked and very convenient for home cooking, while the bathroom was both practical and well-arranged. Bedrooms were the perfect size with comfortable beds and pillows that guaranteed restful nights.
A detail I particularly appreciated was the flooring: no wall-to-wall carpet throughout the house, only in the bedrooms, which felt like a smart choice for cleanliness and hygiene. The house was bright, welcoming, and pleasantly cool inside, which made our summer stay very comfortable.
The host provided clear and very useful instructions for check-in, appliances, parking, and even house rules such as waste disposal, all neatly summarized in a handy booklet. This made everything simple and stress-free.
The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, ideal for relaxing, yet the location also made it easy to get out of the city and explore the surrounding areas near Bristol.
While the property doesn’t have private parking, we found plenty of options in nearby streets, with free hours overnight; so in practice, we never had to pay.
A supermarket conveniently close and open late was another big plus, perfect for last-minute needs.
In short, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would be more than happy to stay here again.

The property is clean, comfortable and modern. It has a very well equipped,spacious kitchen. Plenty of seats and good storage in the bedrooms.. There is a well stocked coop one minute from the property. Very happy with our choice
If you want to be in town - it is a 35 minute walk.
The bath is extremely slippery when wet. There is a bed settee in the open plan kitchen diner however there is no blind on the kitchen window,meaning whoever slept there was woken with the sunrise.
The oven was not clean!!

A wonderful apartment in a great location. The property is in a quiet, safe street, set back from the road with views of a small park/gardens. Great to have a Co-op within easy walking distance. It was very easy to walk to attractions like SS Great Britain, Spike Island and M Shed..... An excellent kitchen and a lovely bathroom, all very clean. Very good communication from management team. They provided easy to follow instructions regarding parking and entry.

Great location for all central amenities. Easy walking distance from Clifton for a visit to the suspension bridge. The bars and restaurants at Wapping Wharf are a short walk across the river.
The neighbourhood is quiet and the apartment is off the main road which makes it very private.
There is a well stocked coop right next to the apartments and a large Asda just down the road (easy walking distance).
The apartment is well equipped. The two bedrooms are comfortable and the living space is spacious.

location was great - short walk to the river etc. everything was clean and tidy in the flat, and had all the amenities you need for a city break. all communication with host was informative and quick. the coop on the corner was handy too!
the beds were a little on the uncomfortable side, but fine for a short stay! we appreciated parking permits being made available for our stay, but it was just a bit tricky to find a spot close to the apartment, so worth baring in mind if you have luggage etc.

Convenient location with Coop just a minute away, close access to the island. The apartment itself was nicely furnished, light and airy, comfy sofa bed , clean, secure complex. The helpline was easy to use and prompt to answer. Nice peaceful view over the park. Rooms were surprisingly spacious for a modern flat.
Could do with a bit more cutlery as it's set up for visitors who may want to cook. The wall fixtures are not very secure & we worried they may fall. Road parking but not really a problem altho we did wonder how secure it would be. Could do with some tourist guides or visitor suggestions to Bristol perhaps?

The apartment was exactly like the pictures, even better maybe! Incredibly clean, lots of amenities for cooking/cleaning etc. The location is great, just far enough from the centre to be quiet but close enough so that you have lots of amazing places within walking distance! We stayed here because our own house had been flooded and we felt really at home here. The sofa bed was incredibly comfy too! The hosts were very very communicative and responsive, the instructions to pick up the keys were very easy to follow and put our minds at ease since we booked so short notice, literally a few hours before we arrived!
I bought a parking permit for the days we stayed, and was told I could park anywhere. There were a few empty spaces so I just chose one, it wasn’t labelled or reserved, and one morning I came out to my wind wipers having been raised deliberately, and the next morning (thankfully the morning we were leaving) to a very angry note from one of the people in another apartment claiming that this was their allocated spot and they would tow my car if I parked there again! This was not the fault of the hosts but possibly some more guidance on where I could actually park next time!

Appartement spacieux, propre et bien aménagé, parfait pour un séjour en famille à Bristol et dans les environs. Il est situé proche du centre, il y a une supérette à côté pour les petites courses du quotidien. Le système de parking résidentiel dans la rue fonctionne bien, nous avons toujours réussi à trouver une place. Nous n'avons pas rencontré nos hôtes mais la communication avec eux était parfaite.
Les lits sont un peu petits, et il n'y a qu'une salle de bain avec les WC dedans. Nous n'étions que 3 mais à 4 ou plus cela peut être problématique.

Apartamento muy bien equipado, con gran ventanal en el salón, muy luminoso y con un parque justo debajo. Cero ruido, vecinos muy tranquilos. Supermercado a un minuto.
Solo a tener en cuenta que el puente Vauxhall que está al lado y lleva a la zona del muelle donde está el Brunell está y estará en obras varios años. Esto hace hace tengas que ir por otro sitio al centro no tan bonito y que no tengas la parada de bus a mano. Un mal menor ya que solo son uno 22-25 min andando. Una de las camas de matrimonio muy incómoda.

L'établissement est très proche du centre-ville, 15-20 minutes à pied. Il y a un petit magasin juste à côté. Le terrain accessible aux enfants nous a bien amélioré le séjour.:)

Cocina muy bien equipada, camas muy cómodas. Limpieza buena. Hay un supermercado justo en la esquina de abajo. La zona es muy tranquila. Íbamos con 3 niños y les encantó el parque que hay justo abajo.
Ventanas sin persianas, normal en Reino Unido, pero la luz por la mañana entra muy pronto. No hay ascensor.
No hay transporte público cerca, al centro sí o sí vas andando, unos 18 mins, pero es un paseo agradable.
