Excellent location. Nice big living space. Comfortable beds.

Tiny bathroom. Couldn’t turn the heating down so it was really hot unless we kept the window open, which let the noise in.

Location was good, property was generally clean, beds were comfortable, access easy

Kitchen was very poor; very scratched pans, difficult to cook for a family of 4 never mind if you were 6 with what was available, microwave needed a clean, bathroom very small although adequate, windows at the back opened wide and while at the front of the property you are on the first floor it is on a steep hill and at the back it is high and fully opening windows are dangerous

Different apartment to what I booked.

Great location.

The apartment I was given was not the one advertised in the photos I selected — I even cross-checked this directly on their website before booking. There are actually three apartments in total. It was pleasant enough and conveniently close to Whiteladies Road, but was it worth the money I spent? **Absolutely not.** It’s very disappointing to pay a substantial amount for what looks like promising accommodation, only to receive something different. I really wish Booking.com would start regulating this more closely. No telecom also was unhelpful when you get caught out by your phone battery.

Perfect accommodation, it was very clean and modern and was ideal for us to stay in for a weekend with friends to use as

It was a perfect size for 4 of us to comfortably stay in, it felt clean and just exactly what we were looking for to stay in for a weekend with friends. The facilities were of a high standard, the coffee machine with the capsules supplied was a nice touch too.

Avoid as when asked for a gesture they will lie.

The staff that manage these apartments lied when asked by booking com for a goodwill gesture. A real shame as we were willing to communicate further. When I requested the cctv footage that would proof their lie they went silent no reply.

The apartment was broken, mouldy, dirty. I wish I could publish all the pictures I took!

Location was good

This was a shockingly bad experience. The apartment was half the advertised size - circa 550sq.ft not 950sq.ft We were swapped to a ground floor apartment directly fronting road not the second floor that we booked The sofa bed was broken and could not be used NAP did not respond to whatsapp or emails when contacted regarding sofa bed We have requested a refund - which is being met with resistance/silence NOT RECOMMENDED

The doors didn't close properly. The 4pm check in and 10 am check out is poor The second bedroom The beds were way too small for an adult and the skylight blind was half open with no way of closing it which led to 2 bad nights sleep out of two. The WiFi was poor. Overall it was disappointing

Pleased with the quality and appearance of the place. Happy that shops and long stay parking near.

A bit more attention to cleaning surfaces and equipment in the lounge/kitchen and floors would have been more pleasant - it didn't really feel like a smooth cleansed surface, no fresh smells and the property handbook was dirty. It would have been helpful to offer more written advice on using the boiler for heating, it only mentioned a remote control and I had no idea I had to switch the radiators on.

Good location, has everything you need for a weekend.

Good communications with hosts before arrival, great location, there is parking nearby if needed. There are some tea & coffee provided.

Bathroom is small if there are 4 adults staying. The flat isn't massive and is looking a bit tired but it was fine for our party as we didn't spend much time there during day.

The photos on booking.com did not show our actual apartment. The decoration was tired/ grubby. Windows filthy. The mattress on the double bed was lumpy and not comfortable.

Filthy and not a great stay, find someplace else in Bristol more concerned about cleanliness

The location was okay, convenient to Clifton Village but not on a very nice street, and the garbage bins and recycling of the entire building and those nearby was piled out on the curb. nap Clifton did provide a full change of sheets for our ill family member after the quarantine period was over, and also helped us with how to use stove, etc.

The flat was dirty - stray hairs, stains on the walls, grime in the bathroom. The bedding for the pullout bed was stained. The kitchen was absolutely filthy and I spent the better part of a day cleaning the drawers and cabinets, which had crumbs, oil stains, etc. and washing all of the silverware and the pots and pans, which were also absolutely filthy, coated with spaghetti sauce, glasses had lipstick marks and spots, silverware had food stuck on it, and non-stick coating was scraping off. I requested a discount equal to the cost of my time spent cleaning the kitchen and was ignored; but they said they would follow up with the cleaners. In my opinion, the cleaners should have been fired. We were also on the top floor of a narrow, steep winding staircase with a 78 year-old traveling companion and had serious safety concerns about her on those stairs. This was very poor value for the money and the place we stayed in Bath was less expensive and just lovely in comparison.

We love Bristol it’s a great city but we win be staying here again

Good location

Not clean at all bathroom way to small for 4 people to share…we were not told about the height from ground level at the back of apartment … It’s a nice apartment modern but in need of a deep clean… dust everywhere, hairs everywhere and only one bin in kitchen and it was disgusting. We know the area well and chose the location to suit our needs. Double room too small and not a space to set your toiletries etc very uncomfortable bed pillows too hard… sorry but we were not impressed. Staff were lovely I spoke to one lady about replacing bulbs and concerning the cleaning issues… she was very pleasant but sadly after a housekeeping visit there was no improvement …living room lamp still didn’t work and bin still stank and was filthy.

Comfortable clean apartment, with great views on top floor, in historical Clifton area. Was great for a family meet up.

Very Clean. Comfortable Beds. Just enough cutlery for 1 meal ;-) modern bath / kitchen / w mashine. Price was good ! Area is nice. Would go again!

Most of the windows were blocked to open until small point.... or even complete screwed. So you could but not really good air the rooms enough. Especially 3rd floor and when it's hot would be great to have the option to open all the windows all the way. But they had a good Vantilator in the apartment so that helped a bit.

Location was good for us being walking distance to both Park Street & Clifton. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. The layout of the flat was good.

We had wanted to use the sofa bed but decided against it as the mattress was pretty dirty/stained, plus no linen had been left for the spare duvet cover. The bathroom is pretty tiny. You can hear virtually every movement of anyone upstairs through the ceiling!

A very nice apartment but let down by lack of cleanliness and essential items in the kitchen area.

Pleasant and comfortable apartment in an excellent location.

The kitchen area should have been cleaner. We had to clean the dining table and some of the utensils ourselves when we arrived. There were no oven gloves or tea towels at the property and only a dirty washing up sponge was provided. The dish washer capsule compartment was defective. It would have been nice to have operating instructions for the electrical goods.

- wrong address given on confirmation meanty two guests walked half an hour to wrong address - shower was burning hot and had no temperature control - it was day two before we worked out how to turn the water temperature down at main boiler. this was inconvenient as the firsty day we were attending wedding and needed the shower which was too hot to use. Otherwise serbvice was excellent and staff very welcomiong and helpful
