Great apartment - worked well for our family. 4 adults and young teen.

Heating via the air conditioning???? Bedrooms fine but main living area could be warmer. But it was partially cold outside so probably normally ok! Radiators could be warmer? Minor problem really as everything else was good.

Car got taken from outside even thought it says pay and display. Place was dirty & the owner made up lies so we didn’t get our deposit back

Location can't be beat with a lovely waterfront view of the harbour.

Clean and cool apartment!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was super clean and felt new. It was a 10–15 minute walk from the places we wanted to see. Graham was kind and helpful. The bedroom wasn’t as noisy as mentioned in some comments, but since it’s on a busy road, light sleepers might prefer the other bedroom, which is quiet.

At first the door lock was a bit tricky and didn’t open a couple of times, but it worked fine after waiting a little.

Great location with every amenity

The property was very well looked after and up to very high specs with all you need and a bit more. Host had provided some cereals, milk, teas, coffees and toiletries which was lovely. The iron/ironing board was also really useful.

The only downside is the noise of the traffic in the front room. Just bring some ear plugs.

A great stay

It was quirky but had everything that one needed for a comfortable stay in the city. It was just by the city ferry service that made the trip into town very pleasant!

Very cool apartment in a fantastic location

We ( family of 5) came here for a short midweek break. Very stylish apartment with all mod cons, including dishwasher and air-conditioning. Great location with parking opposite and next to a ferry stop to take you into the city centre. Nice walk back along the waterfront. We would definitely stay here again.

We didn't find the bed in the main bedroom very comfortable ( but we are picky!).

Ideal location and apartment for a mini visit to Bristol.

Graham the host in contact with key instructions, easy to follow. Complimentary milk, tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast cereals left out. Complimentary shower products. Plenty of bath towels. Shower great. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Having air conditioning a complete bonus and the main reason we chose staying here. Close to amenities and lovely outlook at the harbour.

Not much to not like to be fair. Maybe do not stay here if you want parking close to hand. The overnight parking outside the accommodation is fine as long as you want to get up early to move the car. Paid parking can work out expensive.

It was a lovely apartment and would recommend it to anyone staying in Bristol due to it's location.

Nice location opposite the harbour. The decor was interesting and nice.

The early check out time as a hotel would give you longer to vacate. Also as a woman the mirror was too high in bathroom unless you are over 5ft 8 so you can see what you are doing. The shower with no hose attachment fitted is also difficult for us women who do not want to get their hair wet while showering! The door keypad wouldn't work for the other family member on this short trip so could be an issue for others too.

High spec apartment in convenient location

Location was convenient for us. About 10-15mins walk to the centre along the bustling harbour. Apartment was nicely designed, either newly refurbished or very well maintained. Modern art displayed around it including banksy wallpaper up the stairs was cool. View from balcony shown in photos - looking out and looking back in. Free parking was very handy, although didn’t feel very secure overnight but was fine. Owner kindly allowed us to use the space on our final day after we checked out so we could continue to explore the city. Owner was quick to respond to messages and check everything was ok with our stay. Left some complimentary food items which was very kind.

One of the bedrooms had a fair bit of traffic noise which kept going through the night. However the other bedroom was absolutely silent. The soundproofing was very good through the whole apartment so really did successfully muffle it very well, but just to be aware in case this is a problem for you. It would have been helpful to have more information about parking, incl. a map or photo to be able to find it, and having this earlier, rather than receiving message an hour ish before check-in. If you are driving then suggest asking for this.

A cozy place with good location

Good location. Tidy and quite well-equipped. The host was responsive.

A bit noisy because it’s close to a road but tolerable. The toilet is small and have little space for putting things. There is some dust on the kitchen top and water boiler.

Quirky and clean waterside stay

The interior of the apartment was wonderful. It had everything needed and lovely small touches making the stay very welcoming. The location was great. We loved the air conditioning (heat source pump). Lovely floating pub opposite, - the grain barge.

The only negative is the rainfall shower. If your planning on getting a quick shower and not getting your hair wet you will need a shower cap

Home from home

The apartment was wonderful. Very comfortable, well resourced, very clean and beautifully presented. Everything we needed and a lovely harbour view. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was a warm few days, and the complimentary cereals, condiments, milk and biscuits was a lovely touch. Great location - 20 mins walk into the city centre and a 10 mins bus ride into Somerset. Would definitely book again!

Parking was a bit of a challenge. We were only there 2 nights so parked in the pay and display across the road - about £25 for 36 hours. If we were staying longer we would park further away at the location suggested in advance by the owner. Useful to do a bit of parking research in advance. It's on a good bus route though.

Well positioned comfortable flat for exploring Bristol

well appointed, very comfortable, spacious flat with a nice view out over the harbour. Very pleasant 15 min walk into the centre of town along the river. Back bedroom particularly quiet. Good double glazing at the front coped with the noise of the busy road between the flat and the river. Not too expensive overnight parking directly over the road.

rather a strange visual on the shower wall, but nothing wrong with the shower ! If you opened the front windows, the busy road is noisy.

Idéal avec des ados

L’appartement est idéalement situé et magnifique. Les ados ont adoré et rêvent de revenir chez Graham! L’entrée en toute autonomie est pratique et Graham extrêmement disponible pour répondre à nos questions.

Le seul bémol est le bruit des voitures provenant du boulevard, malgré la qualité des fenêtres. Mais avec les boules quiies, pas de problème pour dormir.

Schönes Appartement, gute Lage - super freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber

Super freundlicher Gastgeber, Ausstattung des Appartements wie auf den Fotos - die Beschreibung: Terrasse ist jedoch irreführend, es handelt sich um einen "französischen Balkon" - ein kleiner Vorsprung vor der Terrassentür. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit, kein Tisch. Dafür sowohl vor dem Wohn- als auch dem Schlafzimmer. Die Küche war akzeptabel ausgestattet. Ein mehrgängiges Dinner würde ich dort aber nicht kochen wollen ;-) Das Grain Barge gegenüber bietet glutenfreies Bier und glutenfreie Speisen, einzige Schwierigkeit: während der Stoßzeiten die Straße zu überqueren :-)

Parkplatz inbegriffen sorgt für den Punktabzug. Ja, es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür auf der Straße. Ja, die sind nachts kostenlos. Aber halt nur nachts. Der Parkplatz gegenüber beim Grain Barge ist winzig, fast immer voll und auch recht teuer. Daher mussten wir dann doch jeden Tag zu einem weiter entfernten Parkplatz wandern - das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst. Und die Straße ist während der Stoßzeiten wirklich sehr befahren - was man dann auch am Lärm merkt. Ich verstehe, dass Wohnung in Großbritannien sehr klein sind, aber nur winzige Ablageflächen machen das Touristenleben ziemlich schwer. Drei Erwachsene, davon 2 mit Kontaktlinsen - im Badezimmer ein einziges 30 cm (ca.) breites Regalbrett für alle als Ablage ist halt schon extrem wenig... Im 2. Schlafzimmer war nur eine Tagesdecke bei der Ankunft - wir haben erst am nächsten Tag entdeckt, dass es im Masterbedroom eine Kammer mit zusätzlichen Decken und Handtüchern gab...

Super eingerichtet, sehr sauber, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Check-in, kurzer schöner Weg ins Zentrum.

Direkt Laute Straße vor dem Haus, parken nicht direkt am Haus möglich aber in der Nähe auf teurem öffentlichen Parkplatz.
